My client builds custom fan-engagement platforms for professional teams, delivering live content, e-commerce, ticketing, and immersive experiences that elevate fan loyalty.


We’re looking for a Lead Mobile Engineer (Flutter) to take ownership of our cross-platform mobile development efforts. You’ll define architecture, mentor engineers, and lead the charge in delivering high-performance apps used by passionate fanbases around the world.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead the design, architecture, and development of Flutter-based iOS and Android apps
  • Build scalable, secure, and high-performance features from 0 → 1
  • Integrate with AWS-based backends via REST and real-time APIs (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, IoT, etc.)
  • Implement authentication, deep linking, push notifications (FCM/APNs), and analytics
  • Set and enforce mobile development best practices, including state management and offline capabilities
  • Mentor junior engineers and set technical direction for mobile projects
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver world-class user experiences


What You Bring

  • 10+ years of mobile development (iOS, Android, or cross-platform), with strong recent experience in Flutter/Dart
  • Proven record of launching complex, large-scale apps to the App Store and Google Play
  • Expertise in state management tools like Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, or Redux
  • Deep knowledge of mobile architecture, UI/UX best practices, and accessibility
  • Experience with push notifications, deep linking, secure storage, and offline-first design
