**Position Summary Details**
**MUST HAVE PREVIOUS LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE** . The Lead Aircraft Cabin Agent is responsible for leading a cabin cleaning team in the performance of all cleaning and security search functions on designated aircraft according to Company, Client, and Regulatory policies, specifications and standards. Must have previous leadership experience and also janitorial. Full time 2nd shift, must be able to work weekends. Starting pay $16.00. Training Provided.
**The Lead Aircraft Cabin Agent** Responsible for not only directing, but also cleaning aircraft interiors including crew rest and bunk areas, lavatories, galleys and cabin area. The Lead Aircraft Cabin Agent will also be responsible for provisioning by ensuring the correct safety card is placed in each seat-back and the linens and headsets are properly provisioned.
Security searches (if applicable) include searching under passenger seats, tray tables, seat-back and life vest pouches, if applicable and ensuring all areas of the aircraft are free of debris.
+ Responsible for distributing a cleaning schedule to cabin team members and allocating agents to work designated aircraft zones.
+ Responsible for maintaining and distributing all cabin cleaning supplies and tools to team members.
+ Monitor and direct agents to perform duties according to Standard Operating Procedures.
+ Responsible for not only directing, but also cleaning aircraft interiors within appropriate timeframes, including:
+ Crew rest & bunk areas

+ Galleys
+ Cabin Area
+ Provisioning
+ The correct safety card is placed in each seatback.

The Functional Lead will report to the program director and work as part of the PMO to support key programmatic initiatives ensuring deliverables are in line with the Program's goals and meet the objectives of the various business stakeholders. The Functional Lead is an active member in all phases of the project including requirements gathering, design and development activities, testing, implementation, and ongoing operation. DETAILED LIST OF JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Analyze existing systems and processes and stay current on stakeholder needs and the project vision.
- Oversee business analysts who maintain project objectives and business requirements and assist in their realization.
- Lead gap analysis and the development of cross-agency workflows.
- Produce a variety of high-quality project plan deliverables that are complete, universally acceptable, and effectively communicate objectives within stipulated timelines.
- Participate in and contribute to JAD workshops with business SMEs, developers, testers, and BAs to analyze business processes, workflows, business policies, events, triggers, roles, integrated systems, data flows, etc.
- Develop and review Business Requirements Documents, Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), mapping requirements, and test cases to ensure complete test coverage against in-scope requirements.

- Support stakeholders during each release/implementation.
- Utilize the program's requirements management, change management, and defect management tools and track requirements/defect status throughout the project for the functional areas.
- Proactively review existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change that would benefit the Program.
- Serve as an SME for the program and contribute to and review documents crafted by other teams.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4-5 years of IT applications experience as a Functional Lead
- At least 3 years of experience supporting a benefits management program's eligibility management processes
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements
- Demonstrated ability to understand and negotiate the needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills and experience in overseeing the business analysis function.
- Strong background in developing trust and confidence in relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams; experience coordinating and fulfilling requests for internal/external changes.

The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to all phases of bottling line work from set up to clean up on any of our production lines (Tirage, Disgorging and Still) . This position will provide leadership to others and assignment of work.
Essential Job Duties:
- Participates in set up and clean-up of the bottling lines.
- Adheres to all safety practices and company policies.
- Assist in the management of production and production goals.
- Assists with review of progress, monitoring of results and instruction.
- Ensures that all packaging supplies, wine and dose match work orders.
- Complete work orders, bottling packets and other paperwork as needed.
- Other tasks, in any department, as assigned by Management.
- Able to assist on other production lines as needed.
- Participates in set up and clean-up of the bottling lines.
- Rotates between various functions on the bottling line including those generally done by the General Line Techs, Skilled Line Techs, and Advanced Line Techs; glass dumping, bottle/label inspection, hand packing and stacking, hand casing and uncasing, transferring bottles from bins to cages.
- Assists will all facility clean-up activities. Uses downtime to proactively clean-up or assist other team members.
- Provides leadership and training to less skilled employees.
- Performs all levels of bottling line and equipment operations. Responds and troubleshoots error codes on all three bottling lines. Including, but not limited to: Disgorger, Filler, Wirehooder, Corker, Shaker, Washer, Neck Freezer, Case Packer, Case Sealer, Palletizer, Monoblock and Foiler.
- Diligently adheres to all safety practices, SOP's and company policies.
- Creates an environment of teamwork.
- Works with Cellar, Lab and Warehouse staff to ensure wine and bottling supplies are readily available and line production meets client specification. In coordination with the Maintenance team, responsible for daily post-op maintenance or changeover tasks on bottling equipment.
- Involve the Maintenance team and document equipment malfunctions.
- Identifies, communicates, and assists with the implementation of process improvement opportunities for operational efficiencies and wine quality.
- Maintains knowledge and understanding of hazardous material and safety procedures assuring adherence by staff.
- Investigates all incidents of personal injury, property and equipment damage, prepares and submits required reports.
- Assists Maintenance and QC with line set up and troubleshooting.
- Supports other departments (Cellar, Warehouse, ect.) as needed and assigned by Management.
- Other tasks, on any production line, as assigned by Management.
Requirements
Skills/Qualifications include:
- Previous experience on a bottling line, 7+ years' experience.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Must be punctual and maintain good attendance.
- Ability to learn and adapt to changing conditions.
- Ability to work safely and accurately in a fast-paced environment is required.
- Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and work at catwalk heights of 25 feet.
- Must be able to work nights, overtime and weekends.
- Ability to read and understand work orders.
- Hours: Full Time + Overtime as needed.

Qualifications for Project Manager :
New Construction / large scale projects with confidence in leading teams and projects from start to finish
5+ years experience in commercial construction as acting Project Manager on Healthcare, Higher Education and Data Center projects
Ability to track subcontractors' progress on the job, maintain the project schedule and coordinate with various agencies for reporting and compliance with project documents and specification
Responsible for quality control and safety of project so will need self motivation, wont be micromanaged
Monitor cost control and job costing, quantity reporting, forecasting and productivity
Project experience between $5m - $30m a plus but also looking for those that are the "key difference makers"
Computer skills and a familiarity with Microsoft office suite programs
Knowledge of accounting and cost control procedures
Higher Education and Data Center experience is all preferred !
