• Analyze existing systems and processes and stay current on stakeholder needs and the project vision.
• Oversee business analysts who maintain project objectives and business requirements and assist in their realization.

• Serve as an SME for the program and contribute to and review documents crafted by other teams.

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4-5 years of IT applications experience as a Functional Lead
• At least 3 years of experience supporting a benefits management program's eligibility management processes
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements
• Demonstrated ability to understand and negotiate the needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills and experience in overseeing the business analysis function.
• Strong background in developing trust and confidence in relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams; experience coordinating and fulfilling requests for internal/external changes.
• Demonstrated expertise in information systems, business operations, requirements analysis, and integration/design of solutions.
• The candidate must be process-oriented with sound judgment, attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through including flexibility to perform in an ever-changing work environment.
• The candidate must be energetic, driven, and committed to project success while working under tight time constraints and pressure.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharePoint, knowledge of collaborative tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams), and JIRA
• Must have working knowledge of Agile SDLC processes

- Drive the Enterprise Services Portfolio & program agenda to ensure cross-functional teams across projects are on track to deliver within the established program timeline

- Ensure program management team sets timelines, deliverables, and agendas for critical milestones across multiple key workstreams across the organization.

- Partner with Program Owners and Sponsors, across the matrixed Enterprise Service Management team to align & prioritize program schedule against established roadmaps, identifying critical dependencies, risks/issues & constraints

- Certifications in Program Management (PgMP), Project Management (PMP), or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), PROSCI, Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, and Reinforcement (ADKAR)

- 10+ years of experience in Program Management. Specifically, managing a Program Management Organization and a team of Program Managers over numerous complex multi-year programs is essential.

- A strong background or knowledge of procurement and Ariba, including hands-on experience with Ariba implementation.

- Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and partner closely with cross-functional teams, including senior levels of leadership within the organization to ensure successful realization of program goals and deliverables.

- Ability to analyze complex situations, identify potential obstacles, and develop strategies to overcome them. This includes assessing risks, conducting impact assessments, and creating mitigation and resolution plans.

- Experience in managing process improvements, technology implementations, and digital transformations.

- Experience creating and articulating reports on the performance of organizational program deliveries. Specifically tracking milestones to understand milestone deviations and mitigations.

- Experience with RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) matrix for defining roles and responsibilities.

- Expert level communication skills, including executive level verbal and written communications and meeting facilitation across a large matrixed, global, cross-functional team.

- Lean Six Sigma certified with an Agile background.

• Participates in set up and clean-up of the bottling lines.
• Adheres to all safety practices and company policies.
• Assist in the management of production and production goals.
• Assists with review of progress, monitoring of results and instruction.
• Ensures that all packaging supplies, wine and dose match work orders.
• Complete work orders, bottling packets and other paperwork as needed.
• Other tasks, in any department, as assigned by Management.
• Able to assist on other production lines as needed.
• Participates in set up and clean-up of the bottling lines.
• Rotates between various functions on the bottling line including those generally done by the General Line Techs, Skilled Line Techs, and Advanced Line Techs; glass dumping, bottle/label inspection, hand packing and stacking, hand casing and uncasing, transferring bottles from bins to cages.
• Assists will all facility clean-up activities. Uses downtime to proactively clean-up or assist other team members.
• Provides leadership and training to less skilled employees.
• Performs all levels of bottling line and equipment operations. Responds and troubleshoots error codes on all three bottling lines. Including, but not limited to: Disgorger, Filler, Wirehooder, Corker, Shaker, Washer, Neck Freezer, Case Packer, Case Sealer, Palletizer, Monoblock and Foiler.
• Diligently adheres to all safety practices, SOP's and company policies.
• Creates an environment of teamwork.
• Works with Cellar, Lab and Warehouse staff to ensure wine and bottling supplies are readily available and line production meets client specification. In coordination with the Maintenance team, responsible for daily post-op maintenance or changeover tasks on bottling equipment.
• Involve the Maintenance team and document equipment malfunctions.
• Identifies, communicates, and assists with the implementation of process improvement opportunities for operational efficiencies and wine quality.
• Maintains knowledge and understanding of hazardous material and safety procedures assuring adherence by staff.
• Investigates all incidents of personal injury, property and equipment damage, prepares and submits required reports.
• Assists Maintenance and QC with line set up and troubleshooting.
• Supports other departments (Cellar, Warehouse, ect.) as needed and assigned by Management.
• Other tasks, on any production line, as assigned by Management.

• Previous experience on a bottling line, 7+ years' experience.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Must be punctual and maintain good attendance.
• Ability to learn and adapt to changing conditions.
• Ability to work safely and accurately in a fast-paced environment is required.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and work at catwalk heights of 25 feet.
• Must be able to work nights, overtime and weekends.
• Ability to read and understand work orders.
• Hours: Full Time + Overtime as needed.
• Ability to work individually and within team to achieve daily production goals.
• Experience with changeovers on all pieces of bottling equipment (filler, labeler, rinser, and foiler) preferred.
