About The Role

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Lead Product Manager to join a new team focused on launching new product experiences within our UKG Pro Suite. Specifically, this Lead Product Manager will form an empowered team with Product Design and Engineering to identify, design, deliver and optimize solutions within our larger human capital management and workforce management applications from the ground up.

This will include ongoing collaboration with partners in all their forms: external customers such as Buyers, Admin users, HR users, employees along with internal customers who implement and deliver the products that this team will develop and launch. The role requires strong collaboration with platform, cloud, services and other product teams to deliver an integrated, cohesive product experience that delivers exceptional return on investment for our customers and delights the millions of global employees who interact with our platforms on a daily basis.

This individual will be responsible to help shape and execute the overall vision of the product to incrementally deliver value to our customers, while learning from, and along with, our customers and partners. You will manage this product and ensure each product release is successful by fostering team collaboration, continuous improvement and representing the voice of the customer. You will own the direction of features and clearly define the product metric goals and the right mechanisms to collect, track, report and react to the data, demonstrating a balance of qualitative and quantitative observations to fuel ongoing learning and customer centricity.

Minimum Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years as a Senior Product Manager or Product Manager on a scaling SaaS application in an Agile development environment
  • Strong use of analytics, user research and business cases to drive decisions and improve products
  • Demonstrated experience in user interviews, user research, customer centricity in an enterprise SaaS setting
  • Comfortable and experienced presenting to various audiences and levels
  • Proven record of launching new capabilities on time, with quality and value, along with lessons learned from those experiences
  • Analytical skills to understand product vision and break it into smaller but still valuable pieces
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally
  • The ability to work onsite 3 days per week is required as of day one, at one of these UKG offices - Lowell MA, Sunrise FL, Atlanta or Alpharetta GA. Local candidates highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the product lifecycle, from design conception to testing to delivery

Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify user requirements and success criteria

Execute the technical product roadmap

Work closely with engineering, data science, design, product owner and business to translate product vision into features and a backlog for the AI solution

Support testing (UAT)

Support pilot and launch planning, as well as identification and tracking of metrics

Ensure that the final product is of high quality, impactful and meets business requirements

Use Your Skills To Make An Impact

Bachelors degree or equivalent

2+ years of experience in product management or related function

Thorough understanding of agile methodologies, values, practices and patterns

Advanced facilitation, influencing, and relationship management skills

Advanced written and verbal communication skills

Experience launching and/or managing large-scale products or programs, at large organizations

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Agile Tracking tools, such as Azure Dev Ops (ADO) or Jira

2+ years of experience in AI, Generative AI, data science, ML engineering, software engineering or related field

Minimum required qualifications:

  • 5+ years as a Senior Product Manager or Product Manager on a scaling SaaS application in an Agile development environment
  • Strong use of analytics, user research and business cases to drive decisions and improve products
  • Demonstrated experience in user interviews, user research, customer centricity in an enterprise SaaS setting
  • Comfortable and experienced presenting to various audiences and levels
  • Proven record of launching new capabilities on time, with quality and value, along with lessons learned from those experiences
  • Analytical skills to understand product vision and break it into smaller but still valuable pieces
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally
