+ Serve as the main contact for the client regarding Sales Force operations and HR/personnel matters

+ Provide weekly/monthly reports and key insights to the client
+ Oversee performance evaluations, handle personnel issues, and supervise the Inside Sales Team
+ The Project Lead will monitor calls to motivate Inside Sales Representatives, track their activities and schedules, and oversee reporting such as call and sample reports.
+ Advance listening and decision-making skills
+ Ability to understand and convey complex product-related information in an educated, reassuring, and professional manner while in a real-time environment
+ Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
+ Proficiency with operational management tools and software.
+ Ability to coach and give feedback to enhance Inside Sales Representatives' performance.
+ Flexible in adapting to changing business needs.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ BA/BS degree required
+ Minimum 7 years MedTech and/or Pharmaceutical Leadership Experience required
+ Inside sales/remote engagement experience highly preferred
+ Experience building, developing and coaching high performing inside sales teams
+ Experience maintaining accurate records of all sales activities
+ Proven ability to consistently meet/exceed defined sales goals
+ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, action oriented, driven for results, adaptability
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
+ Demonstrated proficiency with CRM and sales management software
+ Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work effectively in a team environment
