• The incumbent will provide leadership and decision making from the material perspective to the overall project stakeholders through qualification process.

• Engage with product development project teams to understand learning gaps and design standard or customized studies to inform critical product development decisions.

• Build deep understanding of absorbent test methods. Lead test method development and validation work to develop new and improve existing methods

• Develop approach and coordinate testing to build new tools (e.g. predictive models) to enable more efficient decisions

• Partner with the Senior Scientist for the mannequin/absorbent area and the Physical Testing Technical Leader to ensure lab is functioning as expected and escalate needs.

• Partner with Consumer Testing team to ensure absorbent testing is consumer relevant.

• Lead urine lab technicians to execute studies in a safe and effective manner.  Partner with lab technical coordinators to effectively manage lab operations.

• You will elevate how we engage with internal and external business on topics related to AI/Gen AI.
  
• You will be accountable for driving strong customer engagement and understanding of FICO's AI/Gen AI product offerings, understanding customer needs and relating those needs to machine learning/analytic methods utilized in FICO's AI/Gen AI products.
