**Responsibilities:**

This critical role will oversee the full lifecycle of complex architectural projects, from initial concept and design development through construction administration and project closeout. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of architectural expertise, project management acumen, and leadership skills. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely and cost-efficient project completion. You will lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants, fostering clear communication and collaboration. Key duties involve developing and implementing project plans, conducting regular site visits, and ensuring adherence to design specifications, building codes, and regulatory requirements. The Lead Architectural Project Manager will be responsible for client relations, ensuring client satisfaction and managing expectations throughout the project. Qualifications:
