We are seeking a Solution Architect – GCP Training Programs to act as the technical subject matter expert (SME) supporting our go-to-market (GTM) leads in building and delivering GCP instructor-led training solutions. This role is client-facing, partnering closely with sales teams, GTM leads, and GCP’s training and certification organization to design tailored training programs that address client skill gaps, business transformation initiatives, and certification goals.
The ideal candidate brings deep GCP expertise, familiarity with GCP certification frameworks, and strong communication skills. They will play a critical role in shaping GCP training programs that accelerate client outcomes and strengthen our position as a premier GCP training partner.Key Responsibilities:Client Engagement & Solutioning

Serve as the GCP technical SME on client calls, articulating how training solutions map to SAP technologies, business processes, and certification pathways.

Assess client GCP landscapes, transformation projects (e.g., GCP migrations), and workforce skill gaps to recommend tailored training programs.

Collaborate with GTM leads to design and present compelling proposals that demonstrate ROI and business impact.

Training Program Architecture

Design role-based learning journeys aligned to GCP certification framework (e.g., functional consultants, developers, architects, administrators).

Integrate GCP’s latest offerings into customized training solutions.

Ensure training solutions reflect GCP curriculum updates, product releases, and certification changes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with GTM leads, delivery teams, and operations to scope, schedule, and deliver GCP training programs.

Provide guidance to instructors and program managers on technical requirements and best practices.

Serve as a key connection point between GCP’s certification/training team and internal delivery capabilities.
Thought Leadership & Enablement

Stay current with GCP roadmap developments, certification updates, and ecosystem trends.

Build solution playbooks, reusable templates, and enablement assets for sales and delivery teams.

Represent the company as an GCP training expert at client workshops, industry events, and GCP-led forums.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here's What You Need:

Minimum of 5 years experience in cloud architecture, software development, or platform engineering

Minimum of 5 years GCP technology experience

Minimum of 5 years experience designing and delivering technical enablement or training in GCP solution architecture, consulting or pre-sales

Proven ability to collaborate in a cross-functional environment while owning technical solution design

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent minimum 12 years work experience, or minimum 6 years' work experience with Associate’s degree)
