V2X is seeking Skilled Leadership-Training-Program (LTP) Coaches/Mentors (Brigade and Battalion levels) to work under the direction of the Senior Coach. Responsibilities include coaching, teaching and mentoring Brigade staff, Battalion commanders, Battalion staff, and relevant enablers across the Warfighting Functions through the Military-Decision-Making-Process (MDMP) and using appropriate doctrine.
**REQUIRED SKILLS:**
+ Understand and be proficient in Army current doctrine.
+ Proven ability to coach/teach/mentor Brigade and Battalion staff members through the MDMP.
+ Past tactical experience at the BDE and BN level having successfully served in the position you will coach.
+ Current in Army Doctrine for Large Scale Combat Operations (LSCO).
+ Working knowledge of current NATO doctrine for Brigade and Battalion operations.
+ Capable of conducting After Action Reviews (AAR) for BDE staff elements, BN CDR and staff and other enablers as required.

Throughout the training program, candidates are exposed to all aspects of the industrial automation field including but not limited to IT/Network, Cyber Security, Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Solar and Sustainability, and much more.
This challenging program requires a strong commitment from each participant and encompasses, but is not limited to, Electrical and Automation Fundamentals, Warehouse Operations, Supplier Product Seminars, Customer Inventory Control, Sales & Interpersonal Skills, Corporate Administrative Exposure Customer Relations, Information Technology, and Quality Assurance. Each trainee's development is a combination of mentoring via on-the-job, classroom, and home-study training. Individuals should be self-motivated, sales-oriented, geographically flexible, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit.

In 1957, the two locations of the Electric Corporation of San Francisco became CONSOLIDATED ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTORS, INC. CED has since expanded into a coast-to-coast network of sales and distribution warehouses with more than 600 locations nationwide. The CED management philosophy allows each manager to operate an independent business or "Profit Center" by remaining sensitive to local customers' needs while still benefiting from the advantages afforded to a national distributor. Managers are guided by the principles of "service, integrity and reliability."
Reports to: PC Manager
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree (grad by start date, or in pursuit for interns)
+ Must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle
+ Ability to walk and/or sit for 8-10 hours a day
+ Lift boxes and other objects up to 40 lbs
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Strong written and oral communication skills
ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES:
+ Self-starter
+ Superior organizational skills
+ Willing to adapt to business and customer needs
Working Conditions:
+ In person at the local profit center location
+ Team environment with multifaceted groups and personnel
+ Conditions vary based on the trainee's current segment of the training and will include warehouse, office and external environments.
+ During some segments, activities will include lifting, sorting, standing, possible extreme heat/cold conditions.
+ Office segments may include sitting for extended periods. Various segments will include some travel - both by car and by air.
Supervisory Responsibilities: No

As a Manager in Training, candidates will complete all levels of training while serving customers and learning all aspects of the Store and the Company. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
  • Consistently creating results for customers, teammates and the company
  • Responsible for ensuring the customers are greeted courteously and receive a high level of customer service

  • Consulting customers on their service needs and keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicles
  • Providing the customer with a positive experience

  • Involvement in every aspect of the store operation
