Join us as the Director of Fundraising and Organizational Leadership! We are looking for a dynamic leader with a proven track record in fundraising and organizational management to advance our mission of promoting outdoor recreation, education, and interpretation programs. You will take the helm of the organization's operations, focusing on diverse revenue-generating strategies including major gifts, grants, and grassroots initiatives.
This role demands someone who can foster financial independence, work collaboratively with the Board of Trustees, and manage our budgets efficiently. As the public spokesperson for our organization, you will engage with the community and align our activities with the goals of the state government agency.
The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience leading a nonprofit organization or corporate foundation, alongside a strong fundraising background and exceptional communication skills. We are seeking a self-motivated individual who is passionate about the outdoors and environmental stewardship, with experience in financial management, including budget development and oversight. Your strong leadership, collaborative approach, and strategic planning abilities will be essential as you interact with diverse stakeholders.
While not required, experience working with state government agencies is a plus. You will also ensure compliance with all nonprofit requirements, manage our administrative functions, and oversee the overall growth and development of the organization.

- 50% Patient Care: Assists the Manager in accountability for ongoing delivery of patient care in area(s) of responsibility; assures application of the nursing process by Registered Nurses in the clinical setting (assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation); assures documentation of patient care in the medical record.
- 25% Operations and Personnel Management: Maintains daily unit operations including the status of staffing, patient visits and/or admissions, discharges and transfers, serving as a resource to department/unit staff to guide patient care delivery.
- 15% Professional Development and Leadership: Practices as colleague with medical staff, other members of the interdisciplinary team, and other disciplines to initiate and support collaborative and cooperative clinical management practices.
The Clinical Nurse Manager works closely with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care and promote a positive work environment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience in nursing leadership and a strong understanding of the nursing process.
