  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing process engineering role.
  • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping).
  • Experience with SPC and quality control methodologies.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with production teams.
  • Experience in troubleshooting manufacturing equipment and processes.
  • Familiarity with automation and robotics in manufacturing is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively on the manufacturing floor.
