Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging instructional materials for various delivery methods (e-learning, instructor-led, blended).
- Conduct training needs assessments and identify learning gaps.
- Define clear learning objectives and outcomes for all training programs.
- Create course content, including presentations, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and e-learning modules.
- Develop and implement effective assessments to measure learning comprehension and application.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Utilize authoring tools and learning management systems (LMS) effectively.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
- Manage multiple instructional design projects from conception to completion.
- Stay current with trends and best practices in instructional design and adult learning.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design or curriculum development.
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage projects effectively in a hybrid work environment.
