This may include sales, management and professional development for our employees. The salary range for this position is starting at $55,000.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Demonstrates excellent facilitation skills and a passion for delivering high impact learning sessions
+ Ability to influence others, drive a strong learning agenda and partner with business leaders

- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather content, ensure accuracy, and validate instructional integrity.
- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create learner-centered experiences.
- Develop assessments and evaluations to measure learning effectiveness and impact.
- Manage e-learning projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of remote instructional designers, providing guidance and feedback.
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in instructional design and e-learning.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the organization's learning and development programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in instructional design and e-learning development.
- Proven experience as a Lead Instructional Designer or in a similar leadership role.
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
- Experience with multimedia development tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia).
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories, curriculum design, and evaluation methods.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams and SMEs.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Portfolio of exemplary e-learning courses and instructional design projects required.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
