Compensation:$16 - $19 per hour plus commission

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Physical requirements: Must be able to perform the physical functions of the position, which may include, but are not limited to: ability to drive to and walk property, including 4 flights of stairs, deliver marketing/resident communications, and show/lease homes. Be able to effectively communicate with prospects, residents, staff, supervisors, vendors, etc.
Experience: Must have at least 2 years sales experience or related experience and knowledge of the greater Atlanta area experience preferred.
If unlicensed in real estate, completion of the Fair Housing online course prior to showing.
Driving/traveling requirements:
