This is a hybrid position and will require 3 days a week in our downtown Austin office.
Job Summary:
This role will be responsible for working under the direction of the Legal Operations Manager to provide day-to-day administrative support to the legal department. This role is essential to creating and maintaining organization and efficiency throughout the Legal Department.
Responsibilities:
Leading with Your Head

- Draft legal documents from form templates
- Maintain litigation calendar, track court dates/deadlines
- Assist with coordination and organization of information for discovery responses and other legal requests
- Contacting administrative agency and court personnel to obtain procedural information
- Coordinate scheduling of meetings
- Assist with maintaining and organizing digital files
- Assist in managing shared email inboxes by reviewing, responding to, organizing, tracking and appropriately escalating messages
- Assist with gathering and organizing information for personnel files in response to subpoenas
- Coordinate the collection of required signatures on legal and administrative documents, ensuring accuracy and timely processing

This position reports to the VP of Legal in the South Region’s Legal Department and supports the South’s Regional Legal Team. This position requires the ability to manage multiple administrative duties on a daily basis. - Excellent technical skills.
- Knowledge of office administrative procedures and use and operation of standard office equipment, at a level acquired through at least 2+ years related experience.
- Proven ability utilizing variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation software (i.e. JD Edwards, Salesforce, Microsoft Office).
