Our department is seeking a legal operations manager with proven experience in data analytics and managing the day-to-day administrative operations of a corporate legal department while supporting and driving strategic initiatives. This position reports to the Chief Legal Operations Officer and plays a pivotal role in optimizing the department to run more efficiently and effectively.
+ Leverage data analytics to evaluate the department's processes/systems/workflows as well as internal/external performance and identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement; track, develop, analyze, and report on key performance indicators, benchmarks, and other metrics; maintain and develop dashboards and other reporting tools; help design and implement improvement strategies and best practices
+ Prepare, track, and regularly update budget forecasts of outside spend; track discount agreements and ensure compliance; enforce billing guidelines and conduct certain first level law firm invoice reviews
+ Manage and optimize the Legal Department's technology stack, including systems administration, providing training and support to attorneys and legal professionals, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with the IT Department; research, evaluate, and implement new legal technology tools and drive adoption
+ Provide miscellaneous office and administrative support when needed
**Qualifications**

The base pay range for this role is $99,750.00 to $129,924.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.

Our client is seeking a strategic and highly organized Legal Operations Manager to support their legal team in driving operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and compliance initiatives. This is a full-time ongoing contract role with potential for conversion. This person would need to be able to report on-site to their San Francisco office at least 2 times a week.
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead and coordinate Legal Team projects such as whistleblower program management, SOX compliance, training modules, corporate calendar oversight, CLM implementation, template development, policy updates, and audits.
+ Act as a liaison between Legal and other departments to ensure alignment, track requests, monitor progress, and manage deliverables.
+ Support corporate-level compliance initiatives in partnership with the General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel, and other key stakeholders.
+ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance Legal Team efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.
+ Manage vendor onboarding, billing, and budget tracking in coordination with the General Counsel.
Requirements
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or project management certification (e.g., PMP) strongly preferred.
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, legal operations, or chief-of-staff roles within corporate, legal, or consulting environments.
+ Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

+ V2X is seeking a Legal Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the legal department. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, the Legal Operations Manager will oversee all operational administrative duties, processes, and ensuring the members of the legal department have the support they need to run their groups efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Coordinates tasks of various team members within the legal department and carrying out the necessary operations within

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Education:
+ Bachelor's degree and 7+years' experience in legal operations. One year of related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
+ Desired Experience:
+ Deep understanding of legal department structure, functions (compliance, litigation, corporate ethics, etc.)
+ Experience working with a large, global government contracting organization (revenue over $B)
+ Experience in M&A integration
+ Experience working with similar labor categories as the company.
+ Experience analyzing the current state of a legal department and identifying what improvements a legal department needs and deploy solutions.
+ Experience bringing new technologies to a legal team to increase efficiency.
+ Experience managing relationships with vendors and clients.

This role will support the Legal department by delivering actionable insights, optimizing systems like **TeamConnect** , **TAP** , **Tableau, SAP** and enhancing the management of **outside counsel and legal vendors** . The ideal candidate will bring over 8 years of experience and a passion for driving operational excellence through data.
This role is located at our global headquarters in Foster City, CA. We offer a hybrid environment with 3 days onsite (Tues-Thurs).
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead data analysis initiatives to support corporate affairs, legal and compliance spend management, vendor performance and management, and matter lifecycle tracking.
+ Administer and optimize **TeamConnect** , **TAP** , **Tableau, SAP** including configuration, reporting, and workflow enhancements.
+ Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to monitor legal KPIs, budget adherence, and vendor metrics.
+ Partner with Legal, Finance, and Procurement and other relevant stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and alignment across systems.
+ Drive improvements in outside counsel and vendor management, including rate benchmarking, performance evaluation, and diversity tracking.
+ Support strategic planning and forecasting through data modeling and trend analysis.
+ Ensure data governance and integrity across legal systems and tools.
+ Contribute to cross-functional projects focused on process improvement and technology enablement.
**Qualifications**
+ 6+ years of experience in legal operations, data analytics, or a related field with a bachelor's degree or 4 years with a master's degree.
+ Expertise in **TeamConnect** , **TAP** , **Tableau, and SAP** including advanced reporting and workflow management.
+ Proven experience managing outside counsel and legal vendors, including spend analysis and performance tracking.
+ Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and Excel.
+ Excellent analytical, communication, and program coordination and execution skills.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across departments.
+ Strong understanding of data governance, compliance, and legal operations best practices.

+ Good interpersonal relationship skills to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with short deadlines for data provision

+ 3-5 years of experience in legal operations, in a law firm or a corporate legal department.

+ Bachelor's degree in business, Legal Studies, Data Science, or related field; advanced degree or certification preferred.
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills,

The salary range for this position is: $136,340.00 - $176,440.00. Gilead considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package. Our client is seeking a strategic and highly organized Legal Operations Manager to support their legal team in driving operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and compliance initiatives. This is a full-time ongoing contract role with potential for conversion. This person would need to be able to report on-site to their San Francisco office at least 2 times a week.
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead and coordinate Legal Team projects such as whistleblower program management, SOX compliance, training modules, corporate calendar oversight, CLM implementation, template development, policy updates, and audits.
+ Act as a liaison between Legal and other departments to ensure alignment, track requests, monitor progress, and manage deliverables.
