This position is primarily responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining and supporting tools and processes as well as general support for the provision of Legal support services across Nutrien.
This role owns, or is a key stakeholder, in the administration and optimization of legal systems, including the contract lifecycle management application (Icertis), Office 365 (particularly SharePoint) and others, and leads efforts to leverage existing platforms and implement new legal technologies.
The Administrator ensures compliance with contract lifecycle and limits of authority policies, serves as a key point of contact for triaging incoming legal contract requests, and facilitates communication among legal teams across North America, Brazil, and Australia.
This is a full-time on-site, permanent role, based in Nutrien's Loveland office.
What you will do:
- Business Support and Legal Intake:
- Act as a first point of contact and offer direction to the business on how to request support from the Legal function, ensuring proper triage and assignment.
- Provide direct support and training to business units to help them navigate legal systems and processes.
- Champion a responsive, helpful, and efficient client service model.
- Legal Systems & Technology:
- Serve as system owner and administrator for Icertis and the real property system database (ELA).
- Lead the expansion and enhancement of existing systems and support the evaluation and implementation of new legal technologies.
- Ensure data integrity, including appropriate access controls and record retention.
- Compliance & Process Management:
- Monitor and support compliance with legal department policies, including contract lifecycle and limits of authority
- Maintain and improve workflows that align with company policies and internal controls.
- Administrative & Paralegal Support:
- Assist with assembly/review of low complexity legal documents under attorney supervision.
- Organize, maintain, and facilitate accessibility of legal records, including those kept in legacy systems.
- Provide other administrative support across the Legal function as required.
- Reporting & Metrics:
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on required metrics and leverage this data to drive improvements.
- Legal Operations Champion:
- Act as 'ears on the ground' for the Global Legal Operations Manager and champion Legal Operations COE priorities.
- Establish relationships and regularly liaise with key stakeholders across Legal and the broader global business.
- Environment, Health, and Safety (EH&S) and Compliance:
- Abide by EH&S policies and procedures
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Company policies and relevant legislation
What you will bring:
Mandatory
- Demonstrated success in a legal operations/contract systems admin role.
- Sound corporate judgement - the role reports to an overseas manager. You know when to be pro-active and decisive, and when to consult/defer to other.

Compensation & Benefits:
The salary range for this role, in Loveland, CO, is between $59,300 - $101,700. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.
We provide an attractive benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, vision coverage, and life insurance and well as disability coverage for positions working more than 30 hours per week. In addition, we have a retirement program that encourages our employees to save for the longer term, with generous matching employer contributions. **Position Summary:** The Legal Operations Manager is responsible for partnering directly with the Chief Legal Officer to optimize the Legal Department's processes, technology, and workflows. This position sits at the intersection of legal, business, and technology and will focus on financial reporting, enhanced productivity, cost management, strategic planning, and process improvement within the Legal Department.

+ Ensure accurate monthly accruals and reconcile financial reports.
+ **Litigation & Administrative Support:**
+ Supervise and delegate responsibilities to Legal Operations Admin.
+ Oversee arbitration opt-out processes, cash receipt reconciliations, service of process tracking, and membership renewals for in-house counsel.
+ Support Chief Legal Officer in litigation management and administrative tasks.
+ Manage small claims cases, prepare subpoena responses, and support processing of legal correspondence and service of process.
+ Assign matters to outside counsel and other vendors as appropriate.

At FM, we are seeking a Legal Operations Manager to join our legal team.
The Legal Operations Manager will lead and improve the operational and strategic functions of Law & Governmental Affairs. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, this individual will have the opportunity to directly influence and impact the future design of the processes and procedures of the legal team and drive and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of legal service delivery. This role is responsible for implementing and managing legal technology, vendor relationships, analytics, knowledge management, and contributing to a departmental career development framework, and cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic problem solver with strong analytical skills, a passion for process improvement, and experience in legal operations within a corporate environment. This role requires the skills to lead projects and change initiatives and develop positive relationships with internal team members across Law & Governmental Affairs and other departments.
**Your responsibilities include but are not limited to.**
Legal Operations & Technology
+ Manage and implement legal technology platforms (e.g., e-billing, matter management, etc.).
+ Maintain and develop SOPs, standard methodologies, and user guides for legal systems.
+ Drive process improvement and automation initiatives across legal workflows.
Data Analysis & Planning
+ Develop and maintain legal department metrics, dashboards, and performance indicators, including preparing, monitoring, and tracking legal department objectives.
+ Build metrics and trends on key data points aligned to the Chief Legal Officer's key objectives and strategic plan, as well as overall department effectiveness and efficiency.
+ Build predictive and visual analytics to support strategic decision-making.
Financial & Vendor Management

**Qualifications**
5+ years of experience in legal operations, project management, or related roles.

Experience in a publicly traded or highly regulated industry (e.g., insurance, financial services) preferred.
+ Strong attention to detail to review and analyze legal service and performance data
+ Proficiency with legal tech tools and enterprise legal management (e.g., Legal Tracker, MS Office).

The hiring range for this position is $134,080 to $192,700. The final salary offer will vary based on geographic location, individual education, skills, and experience. **Position Summary:** The Legal Operations Manager is responsible for partnering directly with the Chief Legal Officer to optimize the Legal Department's processes, technology, and workflows. **Key Responsibilities**
+ **Departmental Strategy, Project Management, and Process Optimization:**

What You'll Do:
+ V2X is seeking a Legal Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the legal department. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, the Legal Operations Manager will oversee all operational administrative duties, processes, and ensuring the members of the legal department have the support they need to run their groups efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Coordinates tasks of various team members within the legal department and carrying out the necessary operations within
+ Assists the department with upgrading, updating and streamlining processes, procedures, systems and software to increase efficiencies.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Education:
+ Bachelor's degree and 7+years' experience in legal operations. One year of related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
+ Desired Experience:
+ Deep understanding of legal department structure, functions (compliance, litigation, corporate ethics, etc.)
+ Experience working with a large, global government contracting organization (revenue over $B)
+ Experience in M&A integration
+ Experience working with similar labor categories as the company.
+ Experience analyzing the current state of a legal department and identifying what improvements a legal department needs and deploy solutions.
