Responsibilities:
- Assist the Intake Manager in managing department operations, including scheduling, workload distribution, and monitoring daily performance.

Requirements
- Bilingual (Spanish) required.

Responsibilities:
+ Organize and maintain legal documents detailing eligibility for visa classification.
+ Handle clerical tasks such as copying, printing, and scanning documents.
+ Create electronic and physical client files for efficient case management.
+ Track and monitor the status of immigration cases, ensuring timely updates.
+ Circulate incoming mail according to specified procedures.
