What You Will Do
**Identify/Measure/Test/Implement Legal Tech Portfolio**

+ Negotiate and coordinate relationships and interactions with Cedars-Sinai's institutional partners, inventors, licensees, start-up companies, vendors, and other third parties.
+ Draft agreement summaries, policies and procedures, and correspondence regarding Technology Ventures and its related programs.
+ Support agreement processing and tracking compliance with agreement obligations.
+ Coordinate and support the protection and commercialization of Cedars-Sinai's intellectual property portfolio.
