Job Description
The Office Specialist is skilled in the day-to-day functions of the office and will perform a variety of office/clerical duties while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities may range from general receptionist duties to some HR and Accounting functions.
Customer Service
- Answer incoming customer calls and route calls to the appropriate department.
- Complete initial new customer intake, enter basic customer information and route new customer information to the appropriate sales team member.
- Respond to customer account and billing questions or concerns.
- Contact customers regarding invalid payments and funding sources.
- Process customer payments received and complete daily bank deposits.
- Process vendor invoices, submit payment via credit card or submit payment request to Corporate Office as appropriate.
- Monitor past due accounts and contact customers for collections. Forward accounts to collections agency as needed.
- Process account write offs and termination of customer accounts as needed.
- Communicate with District Manager on completion of tasks outlined on the Daily Accounting Checklist.
- Review payroll and make adjustments as needed.
- Maintain petty cash.
- Complete full hiring and onboarding process for new employees, including processing background checks, scheduling physical & drug screens, entering employee info into HRIS, and completing new hire paperwork.
- Assist new and current employees with general HR/Benefits questions.
- Process monthly employee changes including but not limited to pay rate and status changes.
- Complete termination process for exiting employees.
- Manage Workers' Compensation and Auto Insurance claims.
- Complete monthly warehouse and office supply order.
- Order business cards.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Must have excellent computer skills and be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Must have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask and determine priorities.
- Must have excellent attention to detail; accuracy of work is highly important.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Must be able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to adhere to Cook's Grooming policy

Thompson Oncology Group (TOG) is a leader in medical oncology services and provides patients access to all proven, drug-based treatments and the latest clinical trial medicines. Our team of board-certified, fellowship-trained medical oncologists and certified advanced practice providers deliver on-site care and treatment, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and hormone therapy, at affiliated infusion centers throughout our region.
Position Summary:
Under general guidance of the Chief of Medical Oncology Section or the Medical Director, directs the care of patients with cancer and diseases of the blood referred to the TOG. Works closely with the nursing staff and clinical trials staff to ensure the provision of excellent patient care. Participation in fund-raising activities and in community information activities. Maintains cordial relations with referring physicians and participates in activities with potential to enhance relations with them.

Responsibilities- Provides direct patient care in outpatient and inpatient settings for patients with cancer and disorders of the blood. Responsible for working with office staff to ensure an environment for effective delivery of care is present.
- Participates in clinical trials approved at TCSC and participates in other research activities in the TCSC.
- Participates in quality control and improvement activities.
- Maintains cordial and professional relations with referring physicians and provides reports to them in a prompt manner.
- Maintains full privileges at FSRMC. Has privileges at other facilities determined to be appropriate by the Medical Director.
- Participates in educational programs and obtains an average of 150 CME credits over every three year period.
- Undertakes administrative duties within TCSC or FSRMC to facilitate fulfilling the TCSC mission. Such duties are determined in conjunction with Medical Director and/or the Chief of Medical Oncology section.
Minimum Education:
M.D. with subspecialty training in Medical Oncology required; training in Hematology desired.
Minimum Experience:
Effective communication skills required and must interact effectively with medical specialists, primary care providers, and with professional and civic organizations.
Licensure Requirement:
Current TN MD license. Must be Board Certified in internal medicine and medical oncology. If Board Eligible, must become certified within two exam cycles after beginning employment.

**Primary Responsibilities**
+ Achieves branch targets and goals by identifying customer needs and providing appropriate guidance and perspective about Regions' solutions
+ Conducts outbound phone calls using generated customer and prospect lead lists to expand existing customer relationships and acquire new ones
+ Educates and advises customers on Regions' Consumer and Business products and services, including all loan and deposit types
+ Educates customers on emerging technology and digital solutions such as mobile, online, and ATM offerings, all designed to make banking easier
+ Provides a consistent optimal customer experience, which may consist of sharing responsibility for greeting customers and processing transactions to ensure customers bank when, where, and how they choose
+ Owns and resolves customer issues
+ Refers customers to an internal team of experts when complex financial goals and needs are recognized
+ Follows all bank processes and procedures and adheres to applicable laws and regulations, including completing duties delegated and assigned by the Branch Manager; as a member of the branch team, ensures sound banking practices, including managing, identifying and reporting operational risks
This position requires the tracking of time for hours worked in excess of 40 per week and is eligible for overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

The role of the Roadside Technician position in our company can be broken down into one sentence: "An emergency response tire technician for semi-truck fleets". To elaborate a bit further; when a customer has a tire related failure, a Technician is dispatched to the customer's location to repair or change the tire. This means that a Technician is expected to be roadside when performing their job duties. During times when there are no service calls pending, Technicians will be expected to help mount orders, clean and organize the shop, and other general duties as needed.

**Shift Information:** There is a **mandatory** on-call rotation. During a Technicians' on-call period, they are expected to run after-hours service calls **at a 95% Accept rate** , which includes weekends and nights. **Time worked in** after-hours service calls are paid in **double-time** with a minimum of 2 hours per call! An example being if a Technicians accepts, arrives, and completes a call in **45min** they will receive an **additional 1 hr. 15 min** of double time*** pay.
