Located approximately 50 miles northeast of Safford, Arizona on U.S. Highway 191, Morenci operations (an open-pit copper mining complex) has been in continuous operation since 1939. The operation consists of two concentrators, crushed-ore leach pad and stacking system, a low-grade run-of-mine (ROM) leaching system; four SX plants; and three EW tank houses that produce copper cathode.
**Description**
**_This position will be based primarily at the following location: Morenci, AZ_**
Under limited supervision, provides employee advocacy support and assistance to facilitate Freeport-McMoRan's Problem Solving Procedure.
+ Serve as advocate/representative for eligible employees who file a complaint under the Problem Solving Procedure (which may include appeals boards or arbitrations)
+ Support employee position through research (this may include employee interviews, policy reviews and legal research) and assist in the development of a clear argument
+ Provide guidance to employees with regard to the Problem Solving Procedure and the Open Door Policy; occasionally may provide guidance on a variety of other topics including Company policies, procedures, benefits, paid time off and the evaluation process
+ Maintain timely and accurate records and reports for documentation of events and results
+ Ensure all administrative processes within the Problem Solving Procedures are closely followed
+ Assist with the development of training material for the Problem Solving Procedure and conduct training when requested
+ Contribute to the development and/or recommendation for new, enhanced, or modified HR policies and procedures

**Qualifications**
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience in mining or manufacturing

The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently **$85,000-$116,500** . This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. Maintains cooperative relationships with program stakeholders including treatment agencies, community organizations, probation services, the Division of Behavioral Health, Defense Counsel, Prosecution, Judicial Officers, and other court staff.
- Provides oversight and leadership to PSC operations team members. Leads team meetings. Trains team members and develops subsequent resource materials. Provides feedback on performance.
- Reviews and updates program policies, procedures, contracts, and other documentation in adherence with the Colorado Problem Solving Court Standards.
- Tracks and maintains statistical data for PSC programs. Utilizes data to demonstrate areas of success and areas for improvement. Prepares programmatic and financial reports to the State Court Administrators Office to be allocated Judicial funds for participant services.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Equivalency:
Bachelors degree in the field of Psychology, Sociology, or related field.

Additional work experience in these or other related fields may be substituted on a year for year basis for the required formal education.

Problem-Solving, also known as "Diversion" or "Rapid Resolution", is a crisis response philosophy and approach that focuses on supporting individuals and families experiencing a housing crisis to quickly identify and access alternative housing resources outside of the homeless crisis response system. Through active listening and creative conversations, Problem Solving Specialists facilitate this process and assist households in maintaining their current housing or identifying an immediate and safe housing alternative within their own social network, such as with family or friends.
- Meet each participant and learn about their dynamics, communication style, and cultural factors
- Ask open ended and difficult/personal questions
- Utilize active listening and motivational interviewing with participants
- Identify safety or health issues that may need to be considered during identification of housing

Additional duties include assisting our project team with network infrastructure rollouts, server migrations, Office 365 deployments, and office moves. All Technical Support Engineers participate in an on-call schedule. Daily time entry and management of your personal ticket queues will be required. This role will include 40% onsite remediation, 40% remote remediation, 10% project assistance, and 10% admin documentation.
Primary Responsibilities:

- Assist on-boarding team with data collection and documentation for newly onboarded clients.
- Responsible for creating and updating client specific documentation on hardware, software, 3rd party vendors etc. for new and existing infrastructure.
- Install/configure/troubleshoot various devices and systems, including PCs, Macs, peripherals, network printers, mobile devices, UPS units, Windows servers, networking equipment, and third-party software. Experience extends to both Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as Exchange and the Microsoft 365 environment, which encompasses Intune and Azure.
- Support 3rdparty vendors for installations ofnewISP connections,VOIP phones, network printers, etc.
- Warrantyclaims for OEMmanufacturers (Lenovo, Dell, HP, Meraki, Apple, Ubiquiti).
- Low Voltage work: Cat6e cabling installations and troubleshooting, mounting TVs, network, server, UPS and misc. AV equipment.
- Communicate technical resolutionsto non-technical clients and members of our account management team.
- Train new and existing branch engineers on different skillsets when applicable
