This position ensures the safe and reliable mechanical operation of lifts, with emphasis on proficiency, instruction, safety, and leadership in all areas of Lift Maintenance. **Job Responsibilities:**
+ Perform preventative maintenance and repair the assigned lifts
+ Utilize technical knowledge, skills, and abilities to optimize equipment downtime

+ Be able to follow safety and risk management policies and procedures
+ Supports the professional growth and development of employees across all levels of the organization, working closely with Lift Operations

**Job Requirements:**
+ Prior mechanical or electrical experience
+ Must have or ability to obtain a valid US driver's license
+ Ability to work efficiently at heights
+ Able to lift and carry 50 pounds
+ Able to work outdoors in adverse mountain winter weather conditions
