In this job, you'll assist with Crane Construction invoice processing, weekly & monthly reporting matrix's, data maintaining and tracking, sustaining, tracking and coordinating annual travel permits & FAA permits. Maintain accurate regulatory and compliance procedures, ensuring schedules are updated and accurate. This role involves managing high-risk contracts, developing procurement documentation, and ensuring compliance with legal standards. Engage with clients on occasion to gain trust and establish strong working relationships. Lastly, you'll be reporting to Manager 1, who provides oversight and mentorship of work being performed and provides back up support. As a Fleet/Crane Operations Specialist, your work will help power our planet, reduce carbon emissions and create cleaner air for everyone. **Responsibilities**
+ Provides transportation project updates and supports reporting
+ Aids in the analysis and implementation of route optimization opportunities in order to increase route profitability
+ Assists workload of various internal teams to maximize efficiency and resources
+ Ensures repairs are completed accurately with high quality, minimal loss time, and in compliance with relevant rules and regulations
+ Confirms the accuracy, proper documentation, completion, and reporting of all incident forms, bulletins, and notifications within a timely manner
+ Ensures the execution of vehicle warranties and recalls and scheduled work
+ Periodically supports the TSD Rentals 24x7 Duty line and supports corporate IMT efforts
+ Communicates clearly across the user groups, garages, and team members to ensure all delivery and pickup timelines are achieved. Updates databases and SAP Master Data accordingly
+ Administers the dispatch and return of rental equipment. Ensures invoice compliance to contract. Identifies and resolves invoicing discrepancies or equipment issues. Maintains rental equipment databases and SAP master data
+ Reviews and updates fleet-related data to ensure relevancy and accuracy
+ A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Three or more years of experience working with fleet maintenance systems, fleet management operations and responsibilities.
+ Posses a valid Class C Driver's License.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience with SAP & Ariba with contractor management, invoice processing & reporting
+ Experience using Microsoft Excel with performing advanced functions such as: VLOOKUP's, pivot tables, filtering/ sorting, charts and graphing
+ Experience in construction scheduling and invoicing
+ Experience using Google Earth and FAA E File system
+ Experience in the Crane industry with knowledge of Hydraulic Truck Cranes.

+ This position's work mode is on-site. The employee will report to an SCE facility or in the field location. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.

This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities.As part of a hardworking team of diverse specialists, technicians, and engineers, you will enhance the Launch Operations, in all aspects of crane operations. Duties will include reviewing and executing lift plans for critical lifting operations utilizing mobile and overhead cranes. In addition, this position will include, inspecting and using proper rigging for critical crane lifts and executing standard lift activities daily. Candidate will have the ability to inspect and properly utilize rigging hardware, lifting slings, as well as maintain Launch Operations mobile cranes and operator training records. You will be asked to support Test and Flight Operations Managers/Engineers as needed, per verbal directions, or written procedures to ensure all lifting operations are conducted safely. You will interface with stake holders towards efficient scheduling and prioritization, based on organizational goals. You will coordinate and communicate mobile crane requests and invoicing with the Crane Vendors.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience as a crane operator preferably with lattice and lock and pin booms.
- 5+ years working with or in the aerospace industry.
- NCCCO, TSS, TLL certification
- Extensive Knowledge in industry rigging standards and practices. (ASME, OSHA, SPFCMAN 91-710). Calculate sling angles and sling angle tensions, determine center of gravity mathematically and in the field through extensive training and experience with materials and weights.
- Must possess the knowledge in using and picking the proper rigging capacities and pick points to support the load safely.
- Class A CDL with good driving record
- Ability to develop and implement Critical lift plans in the field.
- Ability to precisely follow critical lift plans and procedures prepared by Engineering.
- Ability to work effectively with a strong work ethic and close attention to detail in a fast-paced dynamic team environment with rapidly changing roles and responsibilities.
- Ability to develop and train new crane operators on proper rigging practices and crane usage.
- Basic computer skills such as Windows, Microsoft Office, etc.
- Must be able to set a high hiring bar while evaluating and hiring top talent.
- Highly important to be customer focused with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Intense curiosity for understanding the details of our business and how to optimize it.
