We are looking for Light Industrial Associates to work 2nd shift Monday-Friday and overtime on Saturdays. Hours are 2pm-10pm with overtime until Midnight.
Primary duties of Light Industrial include:
Start up and stop equipment
Operation of T Injection Molding Equipment
Help to set up workflow for optimal performance
Able to use process and end of line testing equipment and gauging tools
Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day and lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies
Ensure conformance to specifications
Mark parts for identification
Assist in changeovers as needed
Record data
Able to read and understand written instructions
Willing to take directions from Supervisors
Maintain safe and clean working environment
Keep equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance as required
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing results as needed
Able to meet production and quality goals
Other duties as assigned
Support and participate in EHS objectives
Requirements of a Light Industrial Associate include:

The successful candidate will perform a variety of tasks in manufacturing and final assembly, including:
- Build and populate electronics subassemblies
- Routing cables and conducting continuity and resistance checks.
- Perform pressure, Hi-Pot and impedance test and preparing units for customer delivery.
- Assisting with customer and quality inspections
- To accomplish these tasks, the candidate will work from a range of instructional materials, including engineering drawings, electronic work instructions, and written or verbal instructions.
- Torque wrenches and small hand tools
- Hand trucks and specialized testing equipment, including pressure test stations and High Pot testers.
- Additionally, the candidate will work with a variety of compounds and solutions, including epoxies, isopropyl, acetone, and other corrosive chemicals.
- Working in the manufacturing floor will require ESD adherence and some PPE such as safety glasses and ESD equipment.
- The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, including time recording and safety training.

We are seeking several Circuit Card Assemblers (CCA) who are responsible and accountable for producing quality work to prescribed standards, with a focus on continuous improvement to meet customer commitments on schedule and within budget.
