Merchology seeks a Light Industrial Associate to join our Operations team. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Light Industrial Associate will step in to assist on our production team in an area of need. These areas include: picking, shipping & receiving, Inventory management, packaging and preparing product for shipment, and quality control. Associates will also be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean and orderly work environment.

• Material Handling: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials throughout the facility.
• Physical Requirements: Consistently lift and move materials weighing between 50-75 lbs.

**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble large electrical bins measuring 30x50 feet.
+ Run various cables throughout the bins.
+ Assemble parts for various electrical and mechanical components.
+ Utilize hand and power tools for assembly tasks.
+ Follow blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate assembly.
**Essential Skills**
+ Mechanical aptitude and understanding.
+ Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
+ Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints.
+ Ability to work extended hours, including overtime.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in construction, carpentry, or auto mechanics.
+ Experience in wiring and cabling.
+ Mechanical assembly experience is a plus.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $9.00 - 21.00/hr.
