Responsibilities:
- Guiding and directing a team of individual workers for daily manufacturing duties.

Responsible for managing and scheduling Reliability Servicemen activities associated with Asset Management Reliability Programsand Initiatives.
Responsible for statewide management of the underground locate and Network distribution line contractors.
Coordinates the assembling of out of town storm response teams.
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:**
Bachelor's Degree in a related field and minimum 5+ years of professional experience OR in lieu of degree a minimum of 6+ years ofprofessional experience.
Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required of the position
Distribution line construction, operations and maintenance knowledge. Strong leadership, negotiations and communication skills.Working knowledge of safety rules, practices and procedures. Computer skills with a working knowledge of Distribution Applications.Ability to respond to local and out of town minor and major storm restoration activities during regular and after hours. Reporting directly to the site Production Manager, you will be responsible for all activities of one or more repair production lines. You will manage a repair production team coordinated by a Technician/Leader for each line.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
