We love and value clients, and we want that to show in every relationship between a litigator and their client.

Does this philosophy of practice resonate with you? Do you have the experience to take a high-volume caseload and maintain relationships with clients while aggressively working their cases to secure maximum compensation? If so, we’d love to talk with you.

Compensation:

$150,000 Base + Bonuses

Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in mediation and settlement conferences to reach favorable resolutions.
  • Prepare for jury and bench trials, including trial briefs, witness prep, and exhibit organization.
  • Present opening statements, conduct direct/cross of witnesses, prepare and deliver closing arguments, and otherwise advocate for clients in trial.
Qualifications:

To thrive as a Litigation Attorney at Fasig Brooks, candidates should bring a blend of legal knowledge, strong organizational skills, and a passion for client service. We're looking for a person who is hungry for experience, ambitious, and self-directed — someone who takes initiative, thrives under pressure, fiercely advocates for clients, and wants to grow with our Firm.

  • Extensive experience in handling discovery, conducting/defending depositions, engaging in motions practice, and direct/cross examinations of expert witnesses.
  • Strong background in settlement negotiations, mediation, and arbitration.

Leadership & Case Management

  • Ability to manage a heavy litigation caseload and meet tight deadlines.
  • Skilled in mentoring and supervising junior attorneys and litigation support staff.
  • Strong collaboration with pre-litigation teams to ensure seamless case transitions.
