The Role:
Plan and coordinate various aspects of live events. Reports to Production Manager.
Several responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Transportation of crew to and from airports, hotels, stores, etc before, during and after shows
• Purchasing various products/materials that is required at local stores (Home Depot, Lowes, Target, Walmart, Wholefoods, Guitar Center etc.)
• Facilitating crew meal orders with local restaurants
• Coordinating laundry pickups with the tour at approved vendors
• Cash reconciliation
• Miscellaneous work on an as needed basis
Personal Requirements:
• Good driving record and fully insured with active Driver’s License.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Personal vehicle not required, but strongly encouraged.
• Must be highly flexible and have the ability to work long hours.
• Knowledge of Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas including restaurants and local stores.
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and possess problem solving abilities.
• Must be reliable, extremely responsible and have a positive attitude.
• Must show complete discretion about work.
• Background check required.
Qualifications:
• Requires a high school diploma/GED.
• High school diploma or GED and four year degree in telecommunications-related field preferred.
• Experience in audio and video production, or an equivalent combination
• Ability to effectively communicate both in written and verbal form in English
• Ability to use standard office equipment

What this role will do- Performs the load-in & out of band equipment and rental equipment
- Set up and break down of band and event equipment
- Cabling and patching; work with the entire crew as a team
- Audio adjustments, maintaining safe audio levels; provide a professional mix

The School of Music, Theatre, and Dance ( SMTD ) at Colorado State Universityempowers students to create, collaborate, innovate, and inspire. Through teaching, creative artistry, research, advocacy, and service,we elevate arts education. SMTD has 46 tenured and tenure-track faculty as well as 55 contract, continuing and adjunct faculty. There are currently over 550 students in SMTD , with 375 undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in residential and online music degree programs.
SMTD is housed in the University Center for the Arts, a nationally recognized state-of the art 350,000 square foot facility, that includes a 550-seat concert hall, a 275-seat organ and chamber music recital hall, a 320-seat thrust theatre, a 100-seat black box theatre, a 200-seat dance theatre, dedicated rehearsal, production and research spaces, along with classrooms, labs and practice rooms.

- We are currently seeking a highly motivated and bilingual (English/Spanish) attorney.
- This position is responsible for a heavy transaction flow in connection with the negotiation and drafting of various music and entertainment-related agreements, rights clearances, and rendering legal advice with respect to the acquisition of content and the exploitation of recorded product.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing legal counsel for the above-mentioned transactions
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of legal agreements, including exclusive recording, management, joint venture, profit sharing, production, producer, licensing, distribution, performer, and featured artist agreements, video, photo, remix, and other entertainment and music industry-related agreements.
- File and search documents in the Clients contract data management system.
- Provide input and legal support in connection with the entertainment business strategies and the implementation thereof.
- Support senior attorneys in managing and responding to legal claims and inquiries
- Responsible for the review of data briefs, monitoring of critical dates, and other ongoing rights and obligations set forth in the agreements, and informing appropriate company personnel of such information
- Responsible for clearing legal rights and pre-approving the release of recorded products
- Liaise with Clients central legal department and Clients outside attorneys as needed with respect to litigation matters
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of agreements relating to production, distribution, sales, marketing, financing, recorded music, and video products
- Must be adept at drafting and negotiating recorded content acquisition, marketing, and exploitation agreements
- Strong knowledge of music law, music industry, intellectual property, and record label issues
- Must be able to work under time constraints
- Ability to juggle competing priorities
- Computer experience: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and DocuSign.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and well organized
- Fluent in Spanish as required at a professional level
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience required
- Strong law firm and/or Business & Legal Affairs experience/training required
Education:
- BA/BS degree
- Juris Doctorate

Job Summary: The Events Specialist will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of live and virtual events aimed at business development. This includes arranging speakers at live and virtual events, organizing an influencer cadence and podcast calendar for our subject matter experts, managing our own webinars, and supporting internal event production. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event planning, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Event Planning and Organization: Coordinate and manage all aspects of live and virtual events, including logistics, venue selection, vendor management, and budget oversight.

Event Management Technician
Purpose
The Event Management Technician is a crucial member of the Event Management Center (EMC), responsible for providing 24/7 monitoring and management of clients' environments for security events and IT incidents. This role includes establishing the extent of threats, assessing business impacts, and advising on appropriate actions for containment and remediation. The Technician will also ensure effective event management throughout the lifecycle to minimize client impact and operational costs.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities for this position include:
- Monitor event and incident response ticket queues, triaging as necessary to ensure adherence to service level agreements.
- Promptly transfer cybersecurity and IT incident tickets to clients, appropriate departments, or internal contacts for resolution.
- Analyze system, security, and application logs to diagnose faults, identify abnormal behavior, and eliminate false positives.
- Use SIEM and Endpoint Detection and Response tools to investigate alerts, build incident timelines, and document potential compromises.
- Implement changes to resolve critical issues in client systems based on monitoring and analysis of events.
- Maintain accurate logs, timelines, and system documentation for all tasks and events, ensuring traceability and accountability.

Work Environment

Travel
This position does not require travel. No overnight travel is expected.
Physical Demands

This is a full-time position for four, 10-hour days (40 hours total) per week. A one-hour lunch break is provided. Holiday shift coverage may be expected.
