The Loading Monitor works under minimal supervision at a customer site preparing tractor trailers to receive waste loads and overseeing the proper loading of non-hazardous waste onto tractor trailers.
+ Monitor the flow of waste being loaded inside tractor trailer.
+ Instruct Driver when to move the tractor trailer to ensure evenly distributed loading of trailer.
+ Complete log entries, recording times, weights, activities, and staff details.
+ Responsible for maintaining clean work area by sweeping and power washing trailer interior and surrounding bay(s) as needed.
+ Place plastic liners inside empty trailers prior to loading of waste.
+ Transport delivered liners to storage area.
+ Follow all health and safety and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) procedures.
+ Perform other reasonably related tasks as assigned by management.
Pay $21.00 hourly
**Basic Required Qualifications:**
+ Willingness and ability to work a variable schedule which may include holidays and weekends (scheduled in advance)
+ Willingness and ability to wear company provided personal protection equipment including eye protection, steel toed shoes, hard hat, gloves, etc.
+ Ability to climb stairs repeatedly throughout workday
+ Willing and able to work in all climate conditions
+ Ability to bend, stand, and traverse uneven surfaces
**Preferred Qualifications:**

We are looking for a Loading Dock Receiver with the responsibilities of providing shipping, receiving, and inventory control/package integrity and delivery support to various entities and departments including, but not limited to, Housekeeping, Engineering, PAD, F&B outlets, Gift shop, Banquets. The Loading Dock Receiver will also be responsible for providing additional support to various projects as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Under direct supervision of the Director of Purchasing, tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for all F&B deliveries as they enter loading dock area. Ensure all products are inspected and delivered accordingly to all locations.
- Physically check all the receiving coming in the building for counts and quality control.
- Examine shipment contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy.
- Record shipment data, such as weight, space availability, damages, or discrepancies, for reporting, accounting, or record-keeping purposes.
- Confer or correspond with establishment representatives to rectify problems, such as damage, shortages, or non-conformance to specifications.
- Pack, seal, label, or affix postage to prepare materials for shipping, using hand tools, power tools, or postage meter.
- Ensures that stockroom is clean and organized and that all hazardous materials are handled in accordance Federal, State, and local laws and regulations.
- Ensures that all required and necessary safety precautions are strictly adhered to.
- Receive daily deliveries of all food, beverage, and merchandise products.
- Works closely with warehouse leadership to ensure all goods are received in accordance with established procedures.
- Ensures that all warehouse storage areas are organized and that the proper inventory rotation occurs.
- Maintain all Department of Health standards and requirements.
- Build and deliver requisitions throughout the Venues.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years in purchasing and warehouse operations or a related position.

Overview:
As a Metal Loader, your top priority will be to accurately and efficiently load materials for customers who pickup and for deliveries.
Essential Functions:
- Promote and drive safety-first culture, ensuring the safety of employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Operating a forklift to load customer products on trucks and trailers.
- Greet customers and pull materials as listed on picking list.
- Scan records and add to the shares file daily.
- Pick and pull all accessories for truckload deliveries.
- Promote and maintain cleanliness of the loading areas.
- Address any discrepancies or issues with customer orders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills/Experience Requirements:
Ability to
- Properly utilize and maintain all personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Read, write and communicate with customers, employees, contractors and/or visitors effectively and professionally.
- Operate forklift
- Maintain a dependable attendance record.
- Receive instruction and follow directions, including technical and multi-step instructions.
- Work independently as well as in a team.
- Work safely, remain calm and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred attributes
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous field-related and/or manufacturing experience
- Previous forklift experience is required

- Standing for long periods of time
