  • Compliance:

    • Ensure all loan files are processed in strict compliance with federal, state, and company regulations.

    • Stay current with changes in mortgage lending laws and industry standards.

Qualifications :

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor or in a related role within the mortgage industry.

    • Proven track record of managing and closing a high volume of loan files.

  • Skills:

    • Strong understanding of conventional, FHA, VA, and other loan programs.

    • Proficiency with loan origination software (LOS) and other mortgage-related systems.

    • Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment.

    • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

  • Education:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required. A college degree is a plus.
