Responsible for origination of HELOCs and residential 1st mortgage loans from internal referral sources. Conducts initial pre-qualification interviews and prepares complete loan application packages and necessary documentation. Conveys policies for extension of credit in accordance with Credit Union and secondary investor guidelines. Meets Mortgage Loan scheduling and documentation requirements, and production expectations as determined by the VP - Mortgage Loan Sales. Serves Members, prospective members, builders, developers, and Realtors promptly and professionally.

- Mortgage Lending Expertise: Ability to originate and process mortgage loans using digital systems, with knowledge of industry standards and investor guidelines.

- Communication & Coaching: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to coach team members and collaborate with internal departments.

- Experience working in a financial institution
- Experience in the mortgage or consumer loan field, utilizing technology and digital documentation
- Full-Time, working approximately 40 hours per week. Hours and shifts vary between 8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday.

- Prior to starting a normal work schedule, new Royal team members must attend Foundation Training at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI from 9:00am - 4:30pm on Monday and Tuesday during their first week of employment. Out of town learners will be reimbursed costs related to travel and lodging.
