Requirements:

Essential Responsibilities & Expectations:

· Perform job site deliveries by unloading material, stacking it in an organized manner, and documenting all delivery details

· Communicate delivery circumstances clearly to the customer with professionalism and a positive attitude

· Handle pickups and returns from job sites

· Follow all safety procedures and company policies

· Demonstrate Western Pacific’s values in every customer and employee interaction

· Self-motivated, positive attitude, and strong customer service skills


Qualifications & Desired Skills:

· Minimum 1 year of delivery experience in a similar environment preferred

· Valid driver’s license (non-CDL) with a clean DMV record required

· Must be physically capable of lifting doors and millwork up to 100 lbs. repeatedly

· Ability to maintain a helpful and professional demeanor and appearance with customers


Work Environment:

This position operates primarily outdoors at new home construction sites, with exposure to weather and temperature extremes. Physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety are essential.
