As a Workday Payroll Lead, your primary responsibilities may include:
+ Lead or support the Payroll workstream on a Workday implementation project. 
+ Support the creation of workplans for large complex global engagements, owning risk, budget, resources, client relationship, etc.  
+ Researching and resolving day to day Workday Payroll issues 
+ Work with client to support the new requirements for Payroll in Workday 
+ Creating and Updating Workday configurations based on requirement changes 
+ Provide support for regular and special Payroll processes in Workday 
+ Provide support for Legal and regulatory reports in Workday 
+ Provide support for year-end reporting and other year-end activities in Workday 
+ Manage small on and off-shore functional teams 
+ Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements 
+ Architect Workday Payroll solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated 
+ Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices. 
+ Demonstrate design options through the use of prototyping. 
+ Understand and apply Workday and Accenture  methodologies. 
+ Provide the Project Manager with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status. 
+ Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives 
+ Support innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assets

Here's what you need:
+ Workday Partner Certification
+ Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Sr. Consultant, or similar level role
+ Minimum of 3 years of Workday Payroll Implementations
+ Minimum of 1 year of Health & Public Service experience
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate's Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.

+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Finance, PMO, Sales, and Offer Management to support problem-solving efforts and align financial planning with program goals.
+ Reporting & Presentations: Prepare and deliver financial reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and support Program Management Reviews (PMRs).
+ Customer Value Focus: Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and service delivery in support of customer objectives. Emphasis on establishing customer deliverables and building customer relationships.
+ Contract Knowledge: Apply working knowledge of federal contract types (FFP, T&M, CPAF, CPFF, hybrid) to ensure accurate financial planning and compliance.
+ Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to internal controls and federal regulations. Be responsible for providing the required financial details for audits and after-action reporting.
**What We Look For in a Candidate**
**Location:** WFH, US
**Clearance:** This position may require a U.S. government security clearance (e.g., Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI). Must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information (applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation)
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
+ 6-10 years of experience in program control, financial analysis, or federal contracting
+ Professional certifications (CPA, PMP, CPCM) are a plus
+ Strong proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SQL is beneficial
+ Experience with SAP and Dassian systems preferred
+ Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) on U.S. government contracts, in compliance with FAR/DFARS requirements preferred
+ Effective communication and presentation skills
+ Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
+ Ability to travel occasionally to the Washington, D.C. area
**Compensation**
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
Location Based Pay Ranges:
$66,375 - $8,500 in these states: AL AR AZ FL GA IA ID IN KS KY LA ME MO MS MT ND NE NM OH OK PA SC SD TN UT VT WI WV WY
69,694 - 92,925 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI
73,013 - 97,350 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA
