The PGR Team
+ Protect Deloitte's business interests and expand growth opportunities through education and engagement at the federal and state levels

Work You'll Do
+ Support and advance Deloitte's State Government Relations program with direction from the State Government Relations leadership team
+ Develop and maintain relationships with internal leaders from Deloitte's state government consulting business in the Midwestern region of the United States, providing general government relations support, including:
+ Monitoring and providing analysis of key state and local trending issues and legislation
+ Providing analysis on the impact of Federal legislation/executive action on state government
+ Representing Deloitte with state leadership associations
+ Supporting lobbyist management activities, including the interview and hiring processes
+ Providing political intelligence on gubernatorial and legislative elections
+ Prepare and deliver reports and presentations on state and local issues to Deloitte leadership
Qualifications
Required:
+ Bachelor's Degree
+ 5+ years of full time, professional experience working with state or local governments
+ Minimum of 2+ years of prior experience working on state or local government related policy issues
+ Ability to travel 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
+ Prior experience working with states in the Midwest region of the United States in a legislative, policy, or governmental capacity (technology focus preferred)
+ Understanding of government procurement within professional services or consulting environment

+ Monitor, synthesize, translate, and summarize complex policy, legislative and political topics for use by senior leaders and executive level audiences

+ Consolidate, analyze, and visualize information across multiple sources (incl. Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
+ Understand the impact of emerging executive and legislative policies, with the ability to translate policies into narratives that inform business and leadership decisions.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $88,600 to $163,100

**Responsibilities**
+ Provides community support services to complex clients to include clients on care plan, using treatment plan interventions that result in positive outcomes, based on individual strengths and needs; case load sizes will vary.
+ Completes timely documentation of services that clearly describe the need for the service, the intervention provided, the relationship to the treatment plan, the provider of the service, the date, the actual time and setting of the service, and the individual's response to the service.
+ Contacting individuals and/or referral sources following missed appointments in order to re-engage and promote recovery/resiliency efforts. Supporting individuals in crisis situations.

**Day to Day**
As an Agency Development Partner (ADP) supporting the Public Sector & Education (PSE) team at Indeed, you will play a critical role in establishing new relationships across a strategic focus area. You'll improve existing strategic relationships and prospect new ones to ensure we Help People Get Jobs throughout the public sector.
You will be accountable for driving revenue growth across the breadth of existing partners, initiating new partnerships, and generating referrals across their client-bases . You'll educate a network of partners on how aligning Indeed's 200M+ monthly users into their GTM motions can provide tremendous value to them and their clients, and share ongoing revenue performance updates to develop robust, durable relationships.
Success in this role will require strategic thinking, operational efficiency, and rapid iteration cycles balanced with a thoughtful, partner-centric, empathetic approach.
**Responsibilities**
+ Deliver against assigned quarterly revenue goals, while prospecting and developing partnerships.
+ Synchronize agency development plans with the internal cross-functional teams (PSE Sales, GTM Strategy, Marketing, Legal, etc.) to accelerate PSE revenue growth.
+ Deliver compelling, data-driven messages to align GTM motions across partners to create shared success.
+ Periodically share field learnings with internal cross-functional teams to keep efforts aligned with the market.
+ Facilitate introductions and support managing relationships between the Indeed salespeople and Agency partners.
+ Understand the purchasing behavior and requirements of Indeed by public sector entities and support tactical deal progression, as needed.
+ Develop and conduct educational roadshows / bootcamp-style training to inform about best practices.
**Skills/Competencies**
+ 5+ years of experience selling to the public sector, ideally in a partnerships and/or outside sales role.
+ 2+ years of experience prospecting without the support of a BDR.
+ Established relationships with public sector buyers and sellers.
+ Solid working knowledge of compensation plans and comfortable with Google Sheets.
+ Experience in complex deal management and reporting, coupled with excellent communication and presentation aptitude.
+ Self-motivated, proactive in nature and comfortable with ambiguity.
+ Travel up to 50% of time in near-term, with long-term travel reduced to 15%.

Our Government & Public Sector-Financial Accounting Advisory Services (GPS-FAAS) team is growing exponentially, and as a Senior Manager you'll play a key role in that growth. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $145,200 to $31,800. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is 174,300 to 337,000.
