**How you make a difference**
As a Health Services Administrator (HSA), you will be responsible for overseeing and evaluating the healthcare delivery program in compliance with state and local regulations, ACA, NCCHC, and accreditation standards. This includes ensuring that medical, dental, and mental health program activities align with company and facility policies and procedures, goals, objectives, and aims. You will also manage and supervise healthcare staff and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain high-quality patient care.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ The Health Services Administrator oversees and manages the delivery of healthcare services in compliance with State and Local Regulations, ACA, NCCHC, and State accreditation standards.
+ They evaluate financial and statistical data, program needs and problems, and recommend improvements to ensure operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
+ The Health Services Administrator recruits, orients, and evaluates employees, maintains good relationships with stakeholders, and ensures compliance with company and facility policies and procedures.
+ They closely monitor healthcare services, pharmacy use, referrals to consultants, in-patient hospitalizations, and potential catastrophic illnesses to limit liabilities and ensure quality of care.
+ They also function as a liaison between other professional organizations, attend seminars, workshops, and conferences, and promote Quality Improvement standards by participating in audits.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
Education
+ Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business Administration, or health related field preferred.
Experience
+ Delivery and administration of correctional medical, dental, and mental health care recommended.
+ Three years administrative, management and supervisory experience.
+ Sound decision-making skills are mandatory.
+ Organizational experience in operations and planning required.
+ Experience in Managing budgets and analyzing contracts preferred.

Assess the medical needs of each consumer and coordinate care with treating provider
Provides medication administration and education to consumers, monitors consumer side effects and reports any problematic reactions to supervisor/treating physician
Provides consumers education regarding medication and other health related issues. Provides family education.
Prepares clear, sound, accurate, and informative documentation of all consumer interaction and corresponding follow-up activity in accordance with CSS documentation standards.
Provides monthly clinical record audits.
Reviews labs and medical records. Reports abnormal findings to their supervisor and ordering physician.

Summary:
The DBT Director of Psychotherapy Services will develop, implement, provide, supervise, teach, and evaluate dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), including individual and group therapy for adults in an outpatient clinical setting. The training and supervision will include clinical staff and/or psychotherapy trainees and/or training programs. The DBT Director of Psychotherapy Services will have administrative responsibilities in-line with the implementation of evidence-based treatments and/or training and education of psychotherapy trainees. Additionally, the DBT Director of Psychotherapy Services will support the Outpatient Director of Psychotherapy in initiatives in-line with developing DBT evidence-based intervention programming, implementation, and training in the Penn Psychiatry Department. In collaboration with leadership the DBT Director of Psychotherapy Services provides strategic leadership and direction regarding clinical, financial, regulatory, quality, human resources, and patient/employee satisfaction aspects of the practice. The Director will prepare monthly reports about performance and outcomes. The DBT Director of Psychotherapy Services will report clinically to the Outpatient Director of Psychotherapy, and administratively to the Director of Operations.
Responsibilities:
+ Supervise clinical staff and or psychotherapy trainees in the delivery of evidence-based treatments, namely DBT.
+ Responsible for performance management, quality review, and delivering feedback for clinical staff and or trainees.
+ Provide evidence-based clinical interventions to a diverse population of adults in an outpatient clinical setting.
+ Provide onboarding and training to new clinical staff and/or psychotherapy trainees.
+ Document assessments and interventions in electronic health record in a timely and appropriate manner to maintain thorough records in compliance with regulatory and insurance requirements.
+ Collect and manage outcome data for evidence-based clinical initiatives and/or psychotherapy education programs.
+ Present monthly reports of performance and outcome data on evidence-based clinical initiatives and/or psychotherapy training programs.
+ Perform duties in accordance with Penn Medicine and entity values, policies, and procedures.
