Job Description
The U.S. Services East Business Growth Director is responsible for driving standardization, best practices, and innovation across the portfolio to enhance business development efforts within state and local government health and human services. This role ensures strategic solutioning, market intelligence, and leadership engagement to optimize bid strategies and improve win probabilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for capture, pursuit, and solutioning architecture for multiple lines of business.
- Provide strategic guidance to executives including solution shaping and strategy responses.
- Develop strong business relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Provide guidance to executives for decision making.
- Work to maintain a win/loss ratio.
- Drive standardization, best practices, and innovation across the portfolio to enhance competitive positioning
- Provide leadership with status updates on opportunities, risks, trends, and key decisions required for bid success
- Lead key discussions in key solutioning, pricing, and proposal meetings in collaboration with Operations, Business Solutions Group, Technical Architects, Capture, and Proposals
- Utilize recent opportunities and competitive landscape insights to drive strategic solutioning and tailor bids to government agency needs
- Evaluate existing or proposed technology stacks, identify innovations, assess staffing approaches, evaluate MBE/WBE or other vendor partners, and proposal and pricing strategy
- Provide recommendations on key decisions to leadership to ensure alignment with company goals and client expectations
- Identify emerging industry trends, share best practices, and lessons learned across the portfolio to enhance organizational strategy
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 10 years relevant professional experience.
- At least 7-10 years of experience in Capture, Business Development, or related position
- At least 7-10 years of experience in state & local government, with strong knowledge of health and human services programs
- Experience managing P&L or Operations, preferred
- Demonstrated experience leading bid efforts and ability to effectively inspire and influence teams and partners to meet business needs and strategic goals
- Demonstrated experience in a matrixed environment with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership, collaboration, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strong familiarity with government procurement processes and compliance requirements, operational policies & procedures, and innovative technology solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field (Master's preferred) or equivalent years working experience.

The Patient Services Specialist 1, with direct oversight, provides administrative support in a physician office, clinic or other operational area that assists patients, to ensure high quality, patient-centered care. Generates daily payment reports and verifies cash drawer against report.
Provides accurate patient, medical, financial or procedural information to patients or approved outside entities.

Receives and directs phone calls. Assists patients and other visitors.
Responds to routine inquiries concerning practice services, hours of operation, etc.
Ensures any patient complaints are handled appropriately.

**JOB SUMMARY**
The Patient Care Technician performs various patient care duties for the department under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse or other medical staff. Assists in the delivery of patient care and meeting the needs of the family or significant other and follows the plan of care, which includes the age and/or development stage of the patient.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE**
Collects and records patient data, reporting information and observations to the nurse in a timely fashion.
Obtains and records vital signs, height and weight; records nutritional intake and output; and performs blood glucose monitoring via fingerstick blood samples, test strips and portable meters. Performs routine urinary catheter care. Collects and transports specimens, including, but not limited to, urine, stool and sputum, as requested.
Assists patients with activities of daily living (i.e., personal hygiene, dressing, eating, maintaining continence, , and turning/transferring/ambulation) and changing linen, as appropriate to setting. Answers and responds to patient call lights and requests in a timely manner. May be assigned as a sitter for patients needing constant observation.

Cleans equipment properly and distributes based on patient needs. Maintains unit equipment in good working order and notifies the appropriate parties promptly when equipment requires service or repairs.

**Job Summary**
The Patient Care Technician performs various duties under a licensed nurse's supervision. Helps deliver patient care and meet family needs. Follows the care plan, considering the patient's age and development stage.
**Essential Functions of the Role**
+ Collect and record patient data, record vital signs and help patients with activities of daily living (ADL).
+ Answer call lights and complete patient rounds.
+ Help with completing/maintaining files and forms for admission, transfer, and discharges.
+ Take care of patient personal hygiene and help with patient clean up.
