Responsibilities
Skills Required to Make a Great "Impression" on Our Team
- Must be dependable and skilled in quality control when handling financial information, performing insurance verification, and preparing end of the day reports, always keeping our patients worry-free
- Performs clerical tasks such as sorting, opening, distributing mail, scanning, and photocopying. Answer phone calls and provide information to callers; greet visitors/patients; schedules, verifies, and confirms patient appointments.
- Explains procedures and/or services to patients using dental knowledge.
- Presents financial policies and arrangements to patients collect co-payments and verify insurance coverage as appropriate.
- Tracks appointments due to no-shows, cancellations, and late arrivals

- 1-5 years of customer service, insurance, or dental experience preferred

Job Responsibilities
As a Bartender/Front Desk Clerk , you will be responsible for performing a variety of guest service activities while providing the highest level of service possible.
Your specific duties in this role will include:
•Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
•Answer telephone.
•Post charges (i.e. room, food, telephone), compute bill, collect payment, and make change for guests.
•Make and confirm reservations.
•Monitor room availability; Block rooms.
•Program wake-up calls.
•Handle guest mail and messages.
•Perform check-out services.
•Open and close shifts making cash drops as necessary.
•Prepare cocktails in accordance with standard beverage recipes.
•Wash glassware as needed.
•Prepare and serve bar food items
•Assist and in the set-up and closing of the bar using provided checklists
•Complete daily inventory prep sheet.
•Properly record all sales transactions and secure accurate payment.
•Familiarize and be knowledgeable of current food and beverage offerings, including wine lists and cocktail menu
•Provide information pertaining to hours and available services of the hotel and surrounding areas
