We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Local Production Support Services HRM SME to support our Local Services Team within an ERP environment, delivering high-impact production support and business process consulting for mission-critical systems.
This position is located at our client site in Carson City, NV; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.

- Join the Local Services Team as an Human Resources Management Subject Matter Expert, ensuring high-quality production support and operational excellence
- Monitor and resolve production cycle issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations

- Support production releases and change management processes
- Contribute to monthly status reports highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategic insights

**Required qualifications to be successful in this role:**
**What you'll bring**
- 5+ years experience implementing and/or supporting HRM components of an ERP system (strongly prefer one or more HRM ERP areas - such as the following: Payroll, Learning Management System, Time & Leave, Benefits, Employee Relations)
- Successful candidates will demonstrate experience supporting change management solutions for technology, process, and/or other transformational programs with activities outlined in the list of principle responsibilities above. In addition, the successful candidate will have:
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- SharePoint
- JIRA
- Microsoft Project exposure is a plus
- Work with minimal supervision at client sites
Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's Degree

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $78,400.00 - $154,300.00.
