Responsibilities
P&D Drivers are responsible for transporting, loading and unloading freight in a productive, safe and claims-free manner between our Service Centers and our customers.
* Perform pre and post trip inspections on the tractor and trailer that is being utilized
* Properly document all freight control processes
* Read and understand maps, road signs, shipping papers, hazardous materials markings and labeling identifications
* Affix correct placards to tractor/trailer when necessary
* Maintain cleanliness of company vehicle
* Assist customers in preparation of shipping papers
* Interact and converse with external/internal customers
* Safely operate a forklift to unload/ load products when indicated and needed
* Participate in Dayton Freight's training and improvement programs
* Be available for irregular work schedules, alternating work shifts and/or assignments
* Adhere to the operational procedures and guidelines contained in the Dayton Freight Driver/Dockworker Manual
Qualifications
* At least 23 years of age
* At least 18 months of commercial driving experience
* Valid Class A CDL with Hazardous Materials and Tank Endorsement
* Valid DOT Physical/Medical Card
* No DUI, Citation/Conviction for Reckless Operations in the past 3 years
* Less than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
* Basic math skills
* Fluent in English
* Legally eligible to work in the United States
* Able to pass a drug screen

Qualifications:
• CDL Class A required
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required
• 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• In order to be compliant with federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)), this role requires English language proficiency.
• Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required

Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents. Collaborates with resident and family, other inter-disciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement and evaluate care. May serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks to license and unlicensed assistive personnel that are within the job descriptions, skills, resident care needs, and the competence level of the delegate. Provides adequate assistance and support to delegates to ensure safe, reliable administration of resident care and resolution of care and service concerns. Functions within the scopes and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules in state of practice and licensure. The Professional Nursing Practice recognizes the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses with Interpretive Statements as published by the American Nurses Association as the foundation of nursing care delivery and professional conduct.
Qualifications
Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
