Are you passionate about supporting students with behavioral needs in their efforts to succeed in a school setting? Ro Health is hiring for a qualified BCA to work with Corona Norco USD for the 24-25 school year!
This role focuses on providing behavioral support in a school setting, specifically leverage implementation of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), with students ranging in grade level from pre-K to high school. It it a great benefit if you have previous experience supporting students with special needs and have worked in a 1:1 or 1:multiple capacity
Our providers are assigned to cases as either 1:1 supports, or as a general classroom aide.
- You would be going to each class with your student to provide behavioral and educational support throughout the day. 1:1 supporters are responsible to ensure their student is on task and working towards their behavioral goals.
- Providers who are assigned to work with a single teacher or classroom. In this role, providers will support wherever they are needed most by the teacher. Typically every day looks different in this position, and you may be working with several different students throughout your day.

They will also be responsible for coordinating coverage efforts and effectively partnering with coverage partners within Public Finance and Relationship Managers in Commercial Banking.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and creating customized solutions for complex situations
+ Originate and execute finance transactions as the managing underwriter in the municipal securities sector
+ Have a significant depth and tenure of relationships with K-12 school district issuers and municipal market participants within the state of Texas
+ Be an acknowledged expert in their field and be able to build upon a network of influence among municipal market professionals including chief financial officers, bond lawyers, credit providers, financial advisors, rating agencies, and key industry vendors (such as public accounting firms)
+ Demonstrate the ability to work effectively with teammates, within the framework of the strategic alliance, to accomplish annual and long-term business objectives.
+ Represent MPG within the company and externally in support of specific municipal finance business.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 7+ years of Investment Banking experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting OR 10+ years direct relevant work experience
+ Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients
+ Strong knowledge of financial markets, and an understanding of the public finance market
+ Ability to understand local nuances and help position Wells Fargo Public Finance with large municipal issuers nationwide
+ Demonstrated leadership abilities
+ Established trusted partner to K-12 issuers in the Texas region

**Location: Greater Detroit, MI Area School Districts (Remote with Travel Required)**
As Area Director, you'll be a strategic partner to both clients and internal teams-focused on building strong relationships, driving operational success, and mentoring future leaders. Reporting to the Sr. Regional Director of Operations, you'll oversee 15-17 accounts throughout the Greater Detroit area, representing a managed volume of 23-25 million and leading up to 17 high performing Directors.
