Digital Marketing Specialist with 2+ years of solid, hands-on digital marketing experience needed for a full-time, fully onsite position with our small agency client in Greater Boston. While this is a fully remote position, only candidates within 100 miles of Boston will be considered. Must be proficient in Google Ads and Google Analytics. Must be familiar with programmatic advertising, streaming, and geofencing. Must have either external or internal client-facing skills. Experience working with clients in the auto, retail, financial, education, legal, and/or professional services industries would also be ideal. Target salary is 65-70K.
Requirements
+ 2+ years of hands-on experience with digital marketing
+ Needs to be very familiar with Google AdWords and Google Analytics
+ Exposure to programmatic advertising, streaming, geofencing, ads on other networks is very desirable
+ Good analysis skills and familiarity with reporting tools to be able to provide metrics to clients
+ Able to interface with clients, good written and verbal communication skills. Presentation skills are a plus.
+ Must be able to be work independently given our small size and given that we work remotely, although we still meet in person periodically.
+ Someone who can be a self-starter, learn quickly and contribute ideas, rather than just take direction and check off boxes.

**Job Description**
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic **Digital Marketing Intern** , with a special focus in Digital Marketing and Analytics, to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of digital marketing while working closely with a team of experienced professionals. You will assist in executing digital marketing strategies, conducting research, and supporting data analytics activities. **The internship dates are June 1,** **2026** **to July 31** **2026** **.**
**This internship is a full-time opportunity requiring a commitment of** **40 hours** **per week.** **Candidates must be available during core business hours (8:30 am EST to 5:00 pm EST) for the entire 9-week duration of the program.** **Please note that all work must be performed within the United States.** **This position does not offer work authorization sponsorship now or in the future. + Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital platforms
+ Collaborate with our team to utilize analytics tools to identify opportunities for web optimizations and improvements
+ Apply the fundamentals of web best practices to enhance user experience and engagement
+ Assist in optimizing search terms for our website using SEO strategies, aiming to increase visibility and traffic
+ Support efforts to increase form fills on our website through strategic content placement and optimization
+ Conduct regular audits of web content and performance metrics to ensure alignment with business goals
+ Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative strategies for digital growth
+ Research industry trends and innovations in the digital marketing field to inform strategy and identify new opportunities
+ Contribute insights on emerging technologies and techniques to keep our digital strategies ahead of the curve
+ Conduct market research and analyze trends to contribute to marketing strategies
+ Assist in managing and updating the company's social media profiles and website
+ Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed
**What** **You'll** **Need**

+ Current Junior in a Bachelor's program with a major in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field
+ Minimum GPA of 3.5 or higher
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Self-starter with the ability to work independently
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
+ Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools like GA4
+ Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Preferred
+ Previous internship or volunteer experience in marketing or related field is a plus
+ Familiarity with SEO and Google Analytics is a plus

**As a Sr. Digital Performance Marketing Manager, you will be working on** :
+ Lead and optimize paid search, paid social, programmatic/display, and affiliate campaigns across multiple brands
+ Manage multi-million-dollar budgets, media planning, forecasting, and pacing for maximum ROI
+ Build and implement test-and-learn strategies, drive experimentation and optimization
+ Analyze and communicate results with dashboards and clear recommendations
+ Partner with integrated marketing, product marketing, web, and analytics to improve creative, conversion rates and end-to-end tracking
+ Manage vendors/agencies and ensure compliance with privacy and brand standards
