**Job Responsibilities**
Greet and provide customer service to guests while anticipating their needs
Supply guests or travelers with directions, travel information, and other information such as available services and points of interest.
Book reservations, rentals, and coordinate registration
Operate a register and/or software system to complete cash and credit card transactions.
Answers phone calls and emails and delivers messages as needed.
Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
Coordinate resolution of guest concerns
Communicates closely with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform general facility maintenance and equipment repair in a professional, safe, and efficient manner. - Follow all safety guidelines, including OSHA regulations, lock-out/tag-out procedures, and company safety policies.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment independently or as part of a team.
- Perform repairs on walls, floors, and doors, including painting and touch-up work.
- Maintain and repair plumbing fixtures, valves, automatic flush sensors, and related systems.
- Operate, maintain, and repair air handling equipment, including vent fans and circulation fans.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and diagnose malfunctions in general facility systems, including electrical components (lights, receptacles, ballast, controls), plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC.
- Monitor building automation systems to ensure equipment performance and temperature control.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, keeping them informed of work status and completion timelines.

- Perform other duties as assigned by site leadership.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school or undergraduate coursework preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of maintenance experience involving mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including report writing and email correspondence.
- Proficiency in using work order systems, building automation software, and basic office technology (PC, cell phone, tablet).
