Position: Associate Manager - Logistics & Analytics

• Plan and coordinate agendas and logistics for Quarterly Business Reviews with key partners
• Assist with Walmart On-Time and In-Full (OTIF) initiatives as needed
• Build dynamic reports and dashboards using Excel (pivot tables, slicers, graphs, etc.)
• Create presentations and reporting materials for senior leadership and executives
• Collaborate on transportation carrier RFPs/RFQs and evaluate performance
• Support transportation and logistics projects through robust data analysis

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years in supply chain or logistics roles

Who will you be working with?

The Finance Leader Logistics & Analytics is a key member of the finance team, with responsibility for providing strategic leadership to the finance function and beyond and playing a pivotal role in the ongoing sustainable success of the business. The Finance Leader Logistics & Analytics will lead the finance function to deliver on the companys growth plans. The Senior Manager, Global Logistics Analytics and Finance is responsible for leading the development and execution of global logistics analytics and financial strategies that drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and data-driven decision-making across Cepheid's global supply chain.
This position reports to the Vice President, Global Fulfillment & Distribution and is part of the Global Fulfillment & Distribution team located in Sunnyvale, Ca OR Lodi, CA and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Lead the design and implementation of global logistics KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor performance, cost, and service levels.
+ Partner with Finance to manage logistics budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
