The Senior Manager, Global Logistics Analytics and Finance is responsible for leading the development and execution of global logistics analytics and financial strategies that drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and data-driven decision-making across Cepheid's global supply chain.
This position reports to the Vice President, Global Fulfillment & Distribution and is part of the Global Fulfillment & Distribution team located in Sunnyvale, Ca OR Lodi, CA and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Lead the design and implementation of global logistics KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor performance, cost, and service levels.
+ Partner with Finance to manage logistics budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
+ Drive insights through advanced analytics to support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.
+ Collaborate with regional logistics leaders to identify and implement best practices in transportation, warehousing, and fulfillment.
+ Ensure compliance with global trade, tax, and financial regulations.
+ Manage a global team of analysts and finance professionals.
+ Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to influence strategic decisions.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
+ Multiple years of experience in logistics, supply chain analytics, or finance, with leadership responsibilities.
+ Proficiency in SAP, TMS/WMS platforms, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
+ Ability to travel up to 15%, including international locations.
+ Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ Working in a regulated industry such as medical devices, diagnostics, or pharmaceuticals.
+ Leading cross-functional global teams in a matrixed environment.

Marine Corps Forces Command (MARFORCOM) Support
Applications are being accepted from Marine Corps logistics professionals interested in providing support services to MARFORCOM, offering subject matter analysis that enables MARFORCOM to execute its responsibilities as the FMF representative within the GSE. Analysis will support the GSE in identifying readiness and safety degraders and evaluating DOTMLPF-C pillars to inform senior leader decision making.
All work will be performed at the Naval Support Activity Hampton Roads, Norfolk, Virginia. Services require domestic and international travel.

What Youll Do
