Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end freight forwarding operations for assigned customer accounts, including drayage, rail, air, and ocean shipments.
- Supervise, train, and provide guidance to 2 local hybrid Senior Specialists.
- Monitor customer service quality, resolve escalated issues, and ensure timely communication with clients.

Makes key workforce decisions, such as hiring, onboarding, transferring, laying off, disciplining, assigning, directing, instructing, developing, and rewarding employees. Emphasis on aligning processes and fostering cohesion among team members.
Supervises a team(s) that performs work according to standardized processes or procedures (e.g., entry-level Professional Expertise, Administrative or Technical Support). Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors.
