GovCIO is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordination Specialist to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, specializing in logistics and supply chain management within a military context.
Responsibilities:
- Establish a forward commercial off the shelf (COTS) supply channel and work closely with military aerial port personnel.
- Maintain control of AFCENT area of responsibility (AOR) assets to ensure proficient logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in logistics or DOD Integrated Logistics Support Training.
- Secret security clearance is required.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Intermediate-level practical experience in logistics/supply management and military transportation, processes, and documentation obtained within the last decade.
- Knowledge of USAF logistics protocols and related DoD forms such as AF Form 601 and DD Form 1149.
- 3-5 years of overseas experience with USAF-specific procedures and documentation.
