- Implement and enforce all safety regulations and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage solutions for maximum efficiency and space utilization.
- Operate and manage the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory and manage orders.
- Coordinate with transportation and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Investigate and resolve operational issues and discrepancies.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong understanding of inventory control, receiving, shipping, and material handling procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of OSHA and other safety regulations relevant to warehouse operations.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends, as needed.
