Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Customer Service Representative with a strong background in logistics and warehouse operations. This role goes beyond traditional customer service and requires hands-on experience with shipment coordination, warehouse systems, and client-specific order requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and process inbound and outbound shipment notifications from customers.
Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to:
Enter outbound orders
Create and print Bills of Lading (BOLs) and pick tickets
Enter tallies for inbound shipments
Confirm receipts and post applicable charges
Capture and execute customer-specific shipment requirements, including:
Re-palletization
Labeling
Photo documentation
Coordinate closely with warehouse staff to ensure order accuracy and fulfillment.
Communicate with customers regarding inventory discrepancies or issues.
Handle billing of charges associated with shipments (note: invoice processing is not required).
Experience with hazardous freight is a strong plus.

**About the role**
The **Supply Chain and Logistics Operations Coordinator** is a key role to the organization, connecting the Commercial business functions to Supply Chain and acting as a single point of contact to execute Commercial strategies within and across the end-to-end North America & Global Supply Chain to achieve optimal customer service and inventory levels. You will drive important NPI projects by securing completion/maintaining E2E SC activities are being met and completion of artwork on time.
+ Act as single point of contact to execute Commercial strategies within and across the end-to-end NA & Global Supply Chain and communicate risks which will impact the deployment of commercial initiatives.
+ Coordinate the executional requirements of a specific portfolio/category within Haleon. This would include, establishing and managing all transition-related timelines across and within the Supply Chain (Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Customer Service, W&D).
+ Manage the review and sales outlet identification process of Obsolete Inventory & Fast Sell of short-dated products, partnering with the Commercial team (Marketing, Sales, Customer Strategy) as well as Customer Service and W&D.
+ Lead Cx Portfolio Optimization and Exit Strategy review process through newly created DRM meetings to identify discontinuation candidates from the portfolio based on low revenue/profitability/volume.
+ Artwork transitions - provide SC oversight of artwork changes/transitions to limit component and finished good write-off and orchestrate timelines to reduce component exposure as we changed artwork for DPC made open stock items
+ Ensure flawless execution of Line Extensions
+ Coordinate Item Configuration Changes (Pack changes requiring UPC changes, phase in of changes that impact Master Data and Customer Service groups)
+ Conduct OTIF root cause analysis, gain alignment with SC stakeholders and provide commentary for reporting both locally and globally (Global, SCIM 1-4)
+ SCIM I - Lead weekly meetings with Supply Planning and Demand Planning to discuss and drive decisions around short and long-term risk mitigation of supply issues, Demand forecast changes and impact to Supply and obsolescence risks, artwork changes, NPI status, long term scenario planning, Q > 30 days
+ Provide E2E Supply Chain project management as the SC NPI single point of contact for the new product development process and lead escalations (end to end SC focus) where needed.
+ Represent SC Ops in monthly Category DRM meetings, presenting updates on Portfolio Optimization Management, SLOBs risk mitigation, short and long-term supply issues as well as ad-hoc reporting that serves to update the business on emerging issues E2E SC issues as part of Core Commercial Cycle.
**Role responsibilities**
+ Maintain/optimize customer service levels, inventory levels, obsolescence, cost Savings project identification and implementation with flawless execution.
+ Supply Chain Coordination across End-to-End Supply Chain.
+ Report OOS situation to the commercial business and provide an overview on supply situation and availability based on information from the central systems (SOLs) and SC Hub. Coordinate the general overview for US and communicate to the Commercial team (incl. lost sales, OOS reasons).
+ Lead Interactions with SC-Hub, Demand Forecasting, Marketing and Sales to manage, influence and solve issues which lead to higher customer service.
+ Coordinate communication and escalation resolution on obsolescence and write-off management in collaboration with Supply Planning Hub, Customer Service and Supply Chain Finance.
+ Serve as the supply voice within the DRM with efforts to guide decision making and escalation.
+ Management of SKU transitions and product restages (including SKU rationalization) liaising with the HUB to ensure appropriate and aligned exit strategies are in place and run out plans developed to minimize financial risk and market disruption.
+ Work with the artwork and labelling team to coordinate all packaging related changes to prevent recalls and minimize write off risk.
+ Coordinate any rework requirements with Commercial team and the Supply Planning Hub.
+ Prepare and control the reason codes for OTIF Reporting (weekly)
+ Liaise with Demand Forecasting and customer service regarding necessary product allocation - quantity assessment, fair sharing, etc.
+ Coordinate and communicate allocation decisions to ensure commercial and supply chain alignment.
+ Facilitate SCIM I process with Supply and Demand Planning (weekly).

- Manage and direct supply chain personnel in the planning, scheduling, procurement, and inventory control of material to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders while maintaining assigned inventory levels

- Ownership of the Production Plan from S&OP monthly process derived from the sales forecast
- Establish with team standard work and Attainment of SCM KPIs
- Work with corporate commodity teams on supplier performance and cost out programs
- Serve as member of the plant's senior management team and provides leadership and support for all local, division and corporate initiatives and objectives
- Analyze data, including enterprise requirements planning information and prepares consolidated managerial reports as needed to facilitate and recommend actions to ensure plant/product line optimal Supply Chain execution
- Ensure correct planning parameters and transaction disciplines are utilized in order execution systems (SAP) to ensure proper order generation and inventory balances
- Manage material cost and schedule impact of proposed engineering changes in addition to taking necessary action to ensure successful implementation and incorporation of approved engineering releases
- Meet or exceed key metrics of days on hand, gross inventory, plant and supplier on-time delivery, days payable outstanding, cost savings, cycle count accuracy, supplier invoice on-hold metrics, and profit plan/budget forecasts. Manages inventory levels in order to meet established inventory & Day-on-Hand targets
- Ensure the accuracy of physical inventory to assure the timely fulfillment of customer orders while maintaining inventory levels that are beneficial to the overall operation of the company
- Foster an environment that promotes Eaton's vision, encourages continuous improvement while aligning with supply chain functional requirements (i.e. Materials Management Assessment)
- Support SCM strategic initiatives and helps to lead related functional SCM/OpA assessments
