Responsibilities:
- Handle claims and recovery processes for shipments, including addressing issues such as damaged, wet, or short-shipped containers.
- Collaborate with ocean carriers, warehouses, suppliers, and vendors to resolve logistical challenges and ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor shipment accuracy by verifying product quantities, delivery dates, and shipping details against purchase orders.
- Prepare and review weight check certificates and other time-sensitive documentation to ensure compliance.
- Generate reports to track shipment statuses, payments, and related logistics metrics.
- Work closely with accounting to reconcile quantities, debit notes, vendor bills, and other financial documentation.
- Support contract execution to facilitate the movement of goods from origin to destination.
- Assist in coordinating projects and adapting to changing priorities as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to ensure alignment on logistics goals.
- Maintain detailed records and ensure all processes are completed with precision and efficiency. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in logistics or a similar role.
- Familiarity with claims and insurance processes related to shipments.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is highly desirable.
- Interest or experience in the coffee and cocoa industries is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others.
- Excellent communication skills and adaptability to handle diverse projects.

Position Overview:

**About the role**

+ Lead Interactions with SC-Hub, Demand Forecasting, Marketing and Sales to manage, influence and solve issues which lead to higher customer service.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Finished Product Distribution: Ensure a smooth flow of inbound and outbound shipments by implementing an efficient end to end tracking system. Ensure receipt appointments of inbound trucks. Specific Responsibilities:

We seek a highly motivated individual with analytical capabilities and pharmaceutical experience (Biological Product in preference) to be part of our commercial operations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible to ensure customer orders delivery on time. Perform cycle counts in case any order discrepancy
  • Minimize and resolve claims within one week. Implement root cause analysis to avoid discrepancies in the future.

Basic Qualifications:

**What you'll do:**
The SCM within Eaton's growing Aerospace Interconnect division is responsible for managing key Supply Chain related functions such as materials planning, scheduling and ordering activities associated with the delivery of specific customer products, direct and indirect material purchasing, inventory control and warehousing, shipping and receiving. - Manage current and future demand requirements with manufacturing and supplier capabilities/capacities to ensure completion of customer requirements
- Ownership of the Production Plan from S&OP monthly process derived from the sales forecast
- Establish with team standard work and Attainment of SCM KPIs
- Work with corporate commodity teams on supplier performance and cost out programs
- Serve as member of the plant's senior management team and provides leadership and support for all local, division and corporate initiatives and objectives
- Analyze data, including enterprise requirements planning information and prepares consolidated managerial reports as needed to facilitate and recommend actions to ensure plant/product line optimal Supply Chain execution
- Ensure correct planning parameters and transaction disciplines are utilized in order execution systems (SAP) to ensure proper order generation and inventory balances
- Manage material cost and schedule impact of proposed engineering changes in addition to taking necessary action to ensure successful implementation and incorporation of approved engineering releases
- Meet or exceed key metrics of days on hand, gross inventory, plant and supplier on-time delivery, days payable outstanding, cost savings, cycle count accuracy, supplier invoice on-hold metrics, and profit plan/budget forecasts. Manages inventory levels in order to meet established inventory & Day-on-Hand targets
- Ensure the accuracy of physical inventory to assure the timely fulfillment of customer orders while maintaining inventory levels that are beneficial to the overall operation of the company
- Foster an environment that promotes Eaton's vision, encourages continuous improvement while aligning with supply chain functional requirements (i.e. Materials Management Assessment)
- Support SCM strategic initiatives and helps to lead related functional SCM/OpA assessments

We are seeking an experienced Demand Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on optimizing inventory and managing projects to enhance service levels across different regions. Responsibilities
+ Run scenarios in Demand Planning systems to propose and launch new inventory management strategies.
+ Manage projects aimed at reducing service level failures, such as drop shipment analysis.
+ Lead inventory management projects in collaboration with research laboratories.
+ Track metrics for service level, total inventory value, number of parts, and forecast accuracy.
