Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support freight forwarding specialists to ensure accurate and efficient operations.
  • Oversee end-to-end handling of international shipments across all modes of transport.
  • Resolve escalated logistics issues and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Review and approve freight rates, billing, and documentation accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with trade regulations and internal SOPs.
  • Train, coach, and evaluate team members to achieve department goals.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years freight forwarding experience including international export.
  • 2+ years supervisory experience.
  • 2+ years Cargowise experience.
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Knowledge of transportation modes and global trade regulations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and logistics software.
