**What does this role look like?**
Lockheed Martin at the Naval Base Kings Bay is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for the Missile Parts Warehouse at the Strategic Weapons Facility Atlantic (SWFLANT). This manager oversees a team of material handlers and salaried personnel performing material planning, procurement, inventory accuracy, auditing and management of hazardous materials for the Fleet Ballistic Missile Program (FBM).

**In this role will offer this manager will have the following key responsibilities:**
- Managing activities in the missile parts warehouse to meet production deadlines, contract requirements and local and federal regulations applicable to shipping, handling, storage and disposal of missile hardware, hazardous materials and ordnance.
- Coordinating employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessments, work
assignments, salary, recognition and disciplinary
actions.
- Oversee safety and mission success for technical and schedule objectives.
- Lead and build effective teams.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with
internal and external LM customers, associate
contractors, and US Navy customer representatives.
- Manage labor and non-labor budgets.

**Please note that this position does NOT support teleworking; the preferred candidate will be located near our Lockheed Martin Space facility in** **Kings Bay, GA** **, and will be expected to work in the office.**
**Basic Qualifications:**
**To be effective, you will need to possess these basic qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment.
- 5+ years professional experience
- Demonstrated Leadership skills and behaviors that
align with Full Spectrum Leadership (FSL) imperatives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- You will need to be a US Citizen (no dual citizens), andbe able to **obtain** and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

**Desired Skills:**
**To be effective, you will need to possess these basic qualifications:**
- Knowledge of FBM and SWFLANT processing
operations
- Experience in material planning and procurement
- Experience in logistics/warehouse environment
- Knowledge of regulations/requirements for handling, shipping, storage and disposal of hazardous materials and ordnance
- Experience leading a union represented hourly
workforce
- Ability to interface and communicate with customers, peers, subordinates and leadership
- Earned value management and Basis of Estimate
(BOE) development experience
- Green Belt certified

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
