Role
The BDM will be responsible for bringing on and maintaining a book of business as well as growing regional import/export sales in Air/Ocean Internationally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop new business through research, prospecting, and qualifying new opportunities. This will include customer visits & developing relationships within the defined geographical area.
Increase market share within assigned territory and achieve assigned financial budget for volume, revenue, and profit.
Successfully close new business and onboard new clients.
Increase market share within the existing client base.
Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Work with the Pricing team on client pricing strategies and customer rate quotes.
Monitor and maintain clients' credit lines within Company guidelines.
Maintain and update the Company’s CRM
Provide regular communication and a monthly budget review for management

Client and Supplier Management
Client Management of allocated customers by using established tools to achieve and exceed targets
Weekly follow up with new clients after first shipments
Deployment of information about all contracts with customers and suppliers to all parties
Ensure customer requests related to commercial activities are completed in a timely manner at the highest service level
Adhere to client service level agreements

QUALIFICATIONS
Confident in the ability to bring over current clients (no non-compete)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
A commitment to going above and beyond to fulfill client’s needs
High level of organization and time management skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and technical understanding of a CRM System

Trillium Drivers is now seeking a Logistics Coordinator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Atlanta!

Job duties:
-Manage all DOT audits with support from the appropriate areas of the business.
-Oversee areas of the Company’s DOT programs, that are delegated to various departments (Equipment, Safety, Operations, etc.), to ensure they are compliant with federal/state regulations and company policies, procedures, and practices.
-Coordinate training and provide guidance to all federally regulated and non-regulated employees and their supervisors as needed/required.
-Administers the JJ Keller program for all employees. Submits required documentation, manages the system, maintains all DOT files, and ensures the JJ Keller program operates smoothly.
-Interpret and provide subject matter expertise, on Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, to ensure they are compliant with federal/state regulations and the company policies, procedure
-Serves as the point of contact for all DOT and D&A related questions, concerns, and support.
-Administers and collects all new hire paperwork for all new hires in the field.
-Prepares and processes new hire paperwork for all new hires in the field.
-Manages all DOT required documentation for new hires.
-Works with HR team to ensure all new hire employee records are accurate and entered timely.

The pay rate is $23.00 per hour. Schedule is Monday-Friday 8:00 am till 5:00pm.

Purpose:
Logistics Customer Service Rep supports the profitable growth for Marten Transport Logistics, LLC.

Responsibilities:
1. Drive daily and weekly load count, revenue and margin goals for a specific region.
2. Develop current carrier base for consistent lane specific volumes.
3. Negotiate pricing and solicit business from our existing customers to secure freight for our contracted carriers.
4. Work directly with sales and management to assist in developing pricing for larger customers.
5. Monitor EDI system for available freight. Make sure correct reason codes are included on all rejected shipments.
6. Act as a mentor for new employees and assist in training as needed.
7. Identify new traffic lanes for potential growth.
