We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Logistics to lead the overall logistics and receiving operations supporting PV, HV, and BESS power system construction projects. This role is responsible for developing and executing the international logistics strategy, sourcing and managing logistics suppliers, and overseeing regional logistics teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant material delivery.
The Director of Logistics will lead a team of regionally based Logistics Managers, as well as Receiving Coordinators and Logistics Specialists. This role is accountable for high-level supplier negotiations, freight contract strategy, and the resolution of escalated logistics issues. The Director will also drive the development of logistics tools, analytics, and performance metrics to support continuous improvement and executive-level reporting.

- Strategic Leadership
- Define and lead the global logistics strategy, including international freight sourcing, supplier selection, and contract negotiation.
