1. Manage cross-functional IT project teams to lead the ideation, development and launch of technologies and processes to support our data center supply chain and logistics.

As a Sr. Manufacturing Support with the Building Construction Products (BCP) division in Athens, GA you will work independently and on teams to perform duties to maintain and improve engineering processes in an operations environment. This position is in the Athens logistics department. The logistics department is actively involved in automation projects to decrease cost at the Athens facility.
**What you can look forward to doing in this role:**
+ Develop and maintain the processes, tooling, and equipment needed for logistics and packaging requirements.
+ Engage actively with operations to ensure processes within SAP are within standard.
+ Develop and validate process cycle times by conducting time studies.
+ Troubleshoot day-to-day process issues, develop solutions, and monitor improvements.
+ Respond to customer issues and lead process improvements to reduce cost
+ Estimating costs for equipment, materials, and installation as a basis for determining the feasibility of alternatives and return on investment.
+ Collaborate and participate in multifunctional teams.
+ Provide cross shift support as necessary to support production.
+ Work with vendors to purchase needed equipment for process improvements or logistical changes. Providing design information, reviewing, and approving proposals and serving as the primary company contact.
+ Approving drawings, specifying equipment, and writing purchase requisitions.
+ Supervising work of outside contractors.
+ Creating technical specifications and functions requirements for facilities related projects.
+ Periodic reporting on standard operating measures
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Must have advanced proficiency (Can train others) in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Planner, Project, etc.)
+ Must have or are completing in December 2025 a 4-year technical bachelor's degree. Examples of Technical degree include Supply Chain, Mfg. Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

This co-op will prepare you for a potential opportunity with our two-year rotational Operations Leadership Development Program and other entry-level roles upon graduation.
**You'll make an impact by:**
+ Lead logistics and supply chain initiatives including warehouse slotting optimization, production target setting, and Kanban planning to support efficient material flow and inventory control.
+ Perform data analysis to drive decisions on floor layout changes and implement physical layout improvements aligned with operational goals.
+ Utilize CAD tools to design and revise layouts that enhance warehouse and production area efficiency.
+ Monitor and improve inventory accuracy through systematic reviews of raw material and Kanban processes, ensuring alignment with production needs.
+ Plan and execute Kanban area resets, slotting adjustments, and warehouse reconfigurations to support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles.

As an ILS Analyst, you will support and enhance lifecycle maintenance solutions for both external (military, civilian, international) and internal customers. You'll become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the maintainability and logistics support of our tactical radio and VSAT communication systems.
In this role, you'll develop and deliver data-driven logistics plans and reports, including spares lists, hardware provisioning, Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), and Integrated Logistics Support Plans (ILSPs), in line with customer requirements.

- Conduct and interpret maintainability analyses and recommend process improvements
