- Manage inventories of general supplies.
- Control parts inventory with cycle count.
- Make a plan counting and handle it.
- Review parts stock between system and actual and adjust in the system
- Investigate and report to cycle count result
- Procure, receive, store and issue material.
- Communicate with CKD H/Q in Korea and LP suppliers for Inventory/packaging management.
- Manage warehouse product and product flow.
- Improve and manage 5S in supplier warehouses.
- Manage warehouse storage optimization.
- Manage monthly closing and backlog.
- Assist with projects and contribute to continuous improvement ideas as needed.
- Assist with general purchasing of basic warehouse items.
- Mange inventory levels and scheduling delivers from warehouses to MOBIS.
- Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

- Hands-on hardware/programming experience with robotic liquid handlers (e.g. Tecan, Hamilton, Beckman, Agilent) and robotic integration / scheduling software (e.g. HighRes Biosolutions Cellario or Thermo Scientific Momentum) is preferred
